Extremely satisfied wit the Service we received! – From the time we made our first phone call and spoke to Bianca we felt confident that we were dealing with a company that was going to deliver honest and reliable service. After our initial consultation with Allison our awning was installed by Liam and his team within 5 weeks, we are so thrilled with our new awning, we cant wait to use it this Christmas!
Fantastic team providing high quality products – We felt confident in the team at Ozsun, who were brilliant from start to finish. We had a wide variety of blinds, shutters and awnings installed, and the quality of it all was faultless. They stand 100% by the customer, are open and honest, and so you're complete satisfaction is in safe hands.
Our new remote awning is just what we needed – We would highly recommend Ozsun for all shade and weather protection needs. Outstanding service , friendly and a professional installation of our awning by Liam in some really trying weather. Give them a call , you won’t be disappointed.
Couldn't be happier! – We purchased our retractable roof system from the team and we felt incedibly comforted by their knowledge on the product including the technicalities of our installation. Quick Turnaround time – We contacted a number of companies only to be disappointed by a lack of response or incredibly delayed responses. We found Ozsun to be prompt, reliable and we received exactly what we were after. We love our new awnings and would highly recommend Ozsun.
A great family owned business – We spent a considerable time researching and investigating the best sunshade for our home. After speaking with our friends we decided to go with Ozsun as we felt that they were knowlegeable, easy to get along with and honest. The whole process was easy and the staff couldn't have done anything more to help us in feeling comfortable with our investment.
Avoid at all costs – The company failed in all respects. They failed to tell the truth. They failed to follow up. They failed to communicate. They failed to deliver. They failed to demonstrate basic competence. They failed to comply with the law. Avoid at all costs.
Poor customer service but good repair service – 4 calls and 4 emails later, still trying to get the serviceman to book in the repairs. Does anyone know if they are understaffed, going out of business etc.? I'll let you know how I get on. In the meantime: perseverance :-) Update 2/3/17 He's fixed it!
