Quick Turnaround time – We contacted a number of companies only to be disappointed by a lack of response or incredibly delayed responses. We found Ozsun to be prompt, reliable and we received exactly what we were after. We love our new awnings and would highly recommend Ozsun.

A great family owned business – We spent a considerable time researching and investigating the best sunshade for our home. After speaking with our friends we decided to go with Ozsun as we felt that they were knowlegeable, easy to get along with and honest. The whole process was easy and the staff couldn't have done anything more to help us in feeling comfortable with our investment.

Avoid at all costs – The company failed in all respects. They failed to tell the truth. They failed to follow up. They failed to communicate. They failed to deliver. They failed to demonstrate basic competence. They failed to comply with the law. Avoid at all costs.

Poor customer service but good repair service – 4 calls and 4 emails later, still trying to get the serviceman to book in the repairs. Does anyone know if they are understaffed, going out of business etc.? I'll let you know how I get on. In the meantime: perseverance :-) Update 2/3/17 He's fixed it!
