You cannot operate a business like this.

UPDATE.... AFTER 6 EMAILS AND PICTURES SHOWING THE ISSUE STILL NOT ONE REPLY. Worst company to deal with zero customer service. Don't buy a thing not to be trusted. Bottle arrives unlabelled and leaking inside a bag. Have attempted to make contact numerous times they just don't respond. $90 down the drain literally as who would use an unlabelled noname chemical. Joke of a company

Do NOT. Buy from these guys. They are scammers. I ordered on the 19th and have received nothing despite repeated emails. Complete and utter scam site and not to be trusted.

I’m not sure where the bad reviews come from, but all I can tell you is that after an initial hiccup this company went above and beyond to get my product’s to me. Under 24 hours from the issue to delivery. Now if that’s not good service I’m not sure what is. Let’s be honest guys no business runs completely smooth all the time, and it’s not the F up but how you fix it that counts in my book. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Avoid this company – Don’t spend money with this company. They are dodgy. They don’t respond to service requests, or any contact actually. Needed my delivery address changed and contacted them as soon as I ordered. Three emails later no response and a delivery to the wrong address.

Bad company, bad service – Slow shipping and non existent service. Would've taken 15 days for an order to arrive. Takes over 1 week for them just to ship it.

Rip off – Unbelievable. Thought I'd bought a box of 100-got 25. How the [Content Removed] can they justify that price. Cost $17 with shipping for 25 hypodermic needles that I need for my cat. That would have cost me $2 at the local vet. Pretty [Content Removed].

Contaminated BAC water – Purchased BAC water that had multiple visible bits of debris floating around in it. Tried contacting the company multiple times but they aren’t interested. Avoid at all costs

Didn’t arrive – Product didn’t arrive. Have tried contacting the company multiple times and have been completely ignored. Money I’ll never get back.

I don't understand how service can be so lacking and still survive – Ordered on line and provided email address as required No Tax Invoice arrived with goods, no tax invoice was emailed Emailed and rang for Invoice and had to do it a total of 3 times over 3 weeks before Invoice arrived in email. corporate credit card. Very very poor professionalism. Emailed my complaint to sales, detailing all the problems and received no reply. I call that poor service.
