Great job – I had used them twice now and both the times they did great job. Took good care and handled things very well. Highly recommended and reliable. Booking team was excellent, very quick in responding with queries.
Terrible and unreliable – Worst removal experience. Booked them for 2 pm but showed up at late 7 pm. Very unprofessional to change their price on the last day when I left with no other option. Had asked for the bigger truck but they came with a smaller truck so couldn't fit in every thing and had to throw away so many stuff.
Excellent service – I used this company twice in one week for two moves and they were fantastic both times. Fast, courteous and careful with my items. They had a lot of stairs to climb and a long walk to get to my new apartment and they did this without complaint. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.
They have damaged all my beautiful antique furniture, they have broken my dining table, ripped carved leather lounge – Broken table Ripped leather Damaged carvings Dumped everything like they are dumping trash Please don’t trust them with your furniture. While booking, and also at a later stage, I called up [Name Removed] to confirm that the truck should be coming with a capacity of 6-tonne. However, when the guys came, they brought a 4-tonne truck which was obviously smaller for my stuff from a 2-bedroom apartment. When I called the owner, he referred me to the initial booking email they sent, where the capacity was mentioned as a 4-tonne truck. I agree that I missed it, but I did confirm for a 6t truck over the phone later. Also, it seemed that the truck was hired last minute from an external provider.
The guys who came worked pretty slow and spent most of their time in chatting with each other. I and 4 of my friends helped them to load all stuff in the truck. Due to the smaller capacity of the truck, I had to hire a fright van, for which I paid additional cost and had to perform trips to my new place (which was a 35mins drive one-side) for moving my whole stuff from my apartment.
OOTM is a dishonest, unreliable, untrustworthy company. They tried to push the responsibility away, twisting all the words they said. Stay away at all costs.
Very impressed – I was extremely impressed by the OOTM team, who carried out our house move last Monday. This was a very difficult move and they handled it with good humour, care, efficiency and an incredible level of energy and hard graft. They were absolutely worth every penny and then some! OOTM-They did it again – We had apartment with 2 flights of stairs and lots of heavy furniture, it would have probably killed us if we attempted to pull this stunt ourselves as it was raining and windy. Amazing service! – I used Ozzy On The Move Removal Services recently and they were amazing! The two removalists showed up on time, were efficient and were very careful with all my furniture and belongings. No damage to anything. They were also kind and courteous and their office staff - especially Eva and Dee - were a pleasure to deal with. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who plans to move.

so long and take the time to explain how they have improved their operations says a lot about their commitment to customer service. They will now ensure that customers are called before, during and after a removal job to ensure that they are satistifed with the outcome and will work to resolve any issues encountered. Based on this update, I would use this service again. I think it is important that there is always an opportunity to learn from mistakes and develop, and this is the heart of a small business.
For reference, following was the original review - Caused damage to the house I was leaving and furniture and were much slower (therefore more expensive) than removalisst I have used in the past. I recently used Ozzy on the Move to move to another house very nearby. Whilst the initial booking process was good, the removaists that arrived on the day were rude and careless with the furniture. During the move, they badly scratched the floating timber floors in the house I was moving out of. After they left I discovered that they had also torn the decorative stripping off my sideboard and torn my BBQ cover. Would not recommend.
Take your own care in dealing with them and do your due diligence – I have had someone from the company reach out to request to change my initial review. I did have a very stressful 6 months experience where I had to escalate things to the tribunal. Their previous model was to take commission and pass on the job to students who were neither strong nor careful, and did cash only jobs to not pay tax. They wasted time while moving to increase their pay out at the end by talking to people on the street. Again, please make sure what you are paying for is what you are getting. My own experience now is to pay someone reliable for the peace on mind.

1 Star. Horrible. Stay away at all costs
I had my move recently. [Name Removed] gets the commission from third party removalists. They don't have their own staff. The guys who turned up were late. The first 2 seater couch they picked up, they dropped it on the window and smashed it. I had to clean all of that. I had to move the stuff with these guys. They were not strong and not very careful. They would stop and start chatting to people on the road / building. Every time I would be wondering why they were gone, they would be there chatting. After the move, I contacted [Name Removed] for repair of the window. She refused to help and also did not reply to my emails. I am now taking it to fair trading. Any other guys, I would have had the job done under $400. These guys will cost me $1000 for one bedroom local move. Stay away at all costs.
Update: I have now spoken to [Name Removed] and he has informed me that he did not have insurance at the time of the move (I can see from their website that the insurance had expired last year in March) which is unfortunate that I didn't check prior to booking the move with them. They don't even have a physical address or mailing address on their website. They just operate from virtual world and steal your money. My advice, stay away from these frauds.
Final update: I did have the damages paid out once I went through to the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal. This was the damage to the property and not to my stuff which would not be covered. If you do have damages to the property, it will be worth taking matters to the Civil and Administrative Tribunal. It does cost time and energy as well as a fee.

available, he said he is busy he will called me back. Then later [Name Removed] called me back, she tries to arrange a time with me. She told me 3pm on 29 March 2021. I ask her how about after 5pm? Because the job is in Westfield, and they will not allow any moving before that. [Name Removed] told me if I want 5pm, I have to pay $50 extra as it need the removalists came purposely just for this job. I agree on this. I did pay the deposit and they send me a confirmation email about this job as well. Then on the next morning, [Name Removed] called me she told me that the removalists said they have to charge me $150 per hours for the job because it will need at least 3 hours for the job to complete, because the removalists only knew that there are 4 items to be move, instead of 3. I told her that both of the fridge is on wheels, he can actually pick up to the truck with the tailgate or trolley. And i also told her that I will also bring two men to the job to help on this moving. On 29 march, the removalists called me at 3.54pm (3/4 calls), i leave a message to him that I am in the meeting not able to pick up the phone, he texts me that the removalists will arrive in 10 minutes, I told him that I paid for the job to start at 5.30-6.30. He said because they have to come from Gunghalin or they have to change the days to Wednesday which is the 31 March. I do send him the email that sent from his company that the job was book to pick up from 5.30-6.30pm on 29th March 2021. And we closed the shop earlier for this moving, and I still hire two men helping on this moving. He texts me that his driver has to wait 1.5 hours for this, but i told him that i did not request the driver to come to the job earlier, and I paid $50 extra for him to come for the evening job. Then he came in to my shop at 5.30pm. He looks at the fridges and freezer that i would need to move, then he spoke all foreign language with another guy which I do not understand what they are talking. Then they asked me where is the parking spot. I showed them there is one outside directly of the shop there is a 15 mins parking area and 30 mins parking area. Then another guys said okay okay to me. Then they left the shop. After leaving the shop, [Name Removed] text me that [Name Removed] will refund can you send your account details, the truck won't fit in there. I am totally shocked and upset when i received his text. I called him and the Ozzy on the move office more than 10 times, no one pick up my called. Then i text him that I hire someone to help me on this, and i closed earlier for this removal, but you just cancel the job whatever you like? He said that the company can refund the money, no one pick up my call, till I told him that i would need to request the compensation of $1100 as refund of 100 deposit, hiring of two men to assist for the item -300, loss of closing the shop earlier -500, need to find another removal to get the shop completed-200. I told him that I will also complaint this issue to Consumer rights as this job been cancelled with no reasonable reason. And i check on the ACC website, under Australian Consumer Law, businesses must not accept payment for services if -they know or should have known they would not be able to supply the services within the timeframe indicated.
Then only the company OOTM , [Name Removed] returns my called. She spoke to me on the phone, i asked her can i have the conversation recorded? She said yes please go ahead. She told me that the removalists have to cancel the job because the fridge is not on the wheel. They are not able to move it. I told her that's not truth, and i immediately send her an email with videos that both of the fridges have wheels on it. Then she said that you know it's better that the removalists did not accept your job, if i force them to accept this job, there will be possibility that they may damage your fridge. This sound threatens to me. After the conversation on the phone, she said she need time to talk to her removalists regarding this issue. And she will give me a response after that.
And they send me an email which the issues 1) parking at the loading dock; although we clearly mention that arranging a reasonable parking is the customers responsibility, the driver found it difficult to find a proper parking spot in the loading dock. He still managed to park somewhere and arrive at your store while he could have been fined for parking in that spot. ----------The pickup point is in Westfield, Westfield do have provide 8 car parks with plenty of parking spaces available, and it's two hours free. If there could be a possible collision of the beam when entering the car park, there is still plenty of ACT car park available, and it's all free after 5pm.
2) Different freezers that were being asked to be moved had some issues with not all having wheels. While you have shared the videos for two of the items, the rest 2 freezers did not have wheels and needed more manpower and pallet jack instead of dolly because of weight of freezers. ------It's exact same freezers as what I have sent them in the photo, and i do told [Name Removed] earlier there is no wheels on the freezer, she said she do understand, that's fine because the freezer is light. And the removalists did not mention with me at all they would need more manpower to move the freezers as I do have hire two men there to assist with the moving.
3)Our team of removalists had to reject doing your job because they were sure that they could have damaged your items if they tried to move it (As stated previously removalist opinion/discretion present at location on any job is considered to be final about a job). -----I do not see any how they could damage the items if they lift it with care, unless they purposely smash it or throw it.
4)Taking your complaint very seriously the management is dealing with this and have spoken to the removalist, but the removalist stands his ground about 2 freezers have no wheels and he can only move these freezers preferably on pallet jack but still needed 3rd man which was refused by you to be paid for. For us to understand more we would like you to share photos of the 3rd and 4th item that had wheels so we can take this forward and take strict action against the removalist assigned to you so this doesn't happen to anyone else. -------He did not mention to me at all I need to pay extra for the 3rd man power. And if they really need the third manpower, the removalists could mention this to me as I have hire two men there ------It's not possible for me to send the freezer with wheels because I clearly mention there is no wheels on the freezer because booking for this job.

On the phone with [Name Removed] i clearly mention the freezer do not have wheels, on 29March, when [Name Removed] called me, she said the removalists said they have to cancel the job because the fridges do not have wheels, so I send her the video via email, then now they change the words fridge to freezer to push the responsibility back to me.
DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!! it's will be waste of your time; you will have so much stress if you are planning to book for this company because [Name Removed] said on the term and condition listed the removalists have the right to cancel the job at any times they want.
Great service – Although they arrived late, they informed us ahead. Great service and on time. Able to assemble and re-assemble my sofa. Great customer service and totally recommend this service to others!
Happy with Ozzy movers – They arrived late, but they did inform us ahead..Over all we are happy with their service. They handled everything professionally including disassembling and assembling of beds. We are happy with the rate as well

confusion in booking – Schedule was change from 9:30 to 12:30 which was ok. but we waited til 3:30 and no one came. i would have appreciated if they told me earlier what the real deal was. i was booked by October 9 so I thought I would have been atleast on the list instead of being the last. its now Oct 26.

Great service – I forgot the names of the movers. But they are very good and efficient. I tried to give a round number for the move but they said if they go by per hour basis , it will cost me less; the honesty was quite impressive. They have been quite transparent with the quotes as well and extra charges if any. Its a strenuous job, so just give them time and they will get the job done asap without slacking.
Best removalist in Sydney – Big thanks to Rohin and Ozzy On The Move crew, for the exceptional effort put into our move. It was a massive job with a lot of excessively heavy furniture to be taken up and down stairs. They worked hard and smart, made it look like a picnic, even though it took them 10 hours having started very early but they missed out on their next job. Highly recommend these guys!

Brilliant removalists, thorough professionals from booking to service – They were prompt, worked hard and quickly with no breaks for over 4 hours. They we very polite, and most of all the were very delicate and careful will our furniture and the house walls. I would highly recommend them and I will use them next time.
