seat of an old car. They then said someone else could not pick up the car! When I said i was told on the phone it was ok, they said never believe anyone on the phone!!! Also their “new” yard is a dirt lot. No sign of security anywhere. So i had to run around like an Id*ot to find somewhere else to leave my car. Just the sort of thing you need at the start of your holiday. As everyone else is saying - NO, NO, NO.

 Follow-up  · I did receive a refund. The new location is a Open lot. No cover, no office, no sign of any Security, just nothing. Pacific Airport Parking's customer service is non-existent. The young employee was pleasant, but the Manager was nowhere to be seen. BloodyCoward!

30mins, in the freezing cold, I merely called to ensure we had not missed the pick up point as we had not seen a bus (my tone was pleasant , not rude or short under any circumstances). I have a disability with a permanent spinal injury and my MIL is elderly. Instead I was called a pig and some other choice words I would prefer not to say .. fu$king b$tch etc. I was however on speaker phone and a large group of people heard the whole conversation and were just as shocked and taken back as we were . Not ONCE did I raise my voice, swear or be curt. I then received this terrible text message to follow (please look at the attached).

Whoever sent this message to me and spoke to me on the phone in this manner .. all I can say is you are nothing but a BULLY and you lack professionalism and basic manners. If this is how you do business (let alone treat women), you won’t have a business! Any women travelling on their own / without male presence, I suggest you use somewhere else a little more credible and courteous..

response was nothing short of disgraceful.

Not only did they refuse to take any responsibility for what happened, they flat out told us they were not liable, didn’t care, and offered no assistance or concern whatsoever. The representative on the phone was beyond rude—aggressive, dismissive, and even started yelling at us when we pressed for answers. There was no empathy, no accountability, and zero professionalism.

It's shocking that a company offering parking services can operate with such a careless and hostile attitude toward customers. The lot had no visible security, no staff on site, and no cameras that we could see. It’s basically a free-for-all, and if anything happens to your vehicle while it’s in their lot, you’re on your own. They will not help you, and they will make sure you feel like an inconvenience for even calling.

Pacific Parking does not deserve your business. They don’t care about your safety, your property, or even basic customer service. Save yourself the stress, the damage, and the disrespect—park literally anywhere else. I would never trust them again and strongly warn others to avoid them at all costs.

public road. When I raised my concerns, the business owner began verbally abusing me with foul language in a very hostile agressive manner, to the extent that my taxi driver was fearful for his safety also. I'll never deal with this dodgy company again.

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Called for a pick up after our trip and they refused to pick us up because it was 8.30pm. We had to get a cab there to get our car. The owner was aggresive, rude and physically threatend us (true) They tried to hold car for randsom!!! He is a fowl mouthed person with attitude. Only got car back when tried to call police. 7.30am not 7am. I corrected them stating I had actually booked for 7am, but hey then argued stating I wasn’t there at 7am so they left. They then stated I was being rude and they were not going to take me and id have to organise somewhere else to book. The driver (person on the phone) was extremely aggressive, argumentative and called me a ‘rude pig’. This left me with having to find another car park at last minute before Christmas with only 1.5hrs before my international flight. My mobile number was then blocked. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEY ARE CHEAPER IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!! I will be taking further action. The customer service is absolutely disgusting, and they do not care.

If you want abuse, call these people – Did a search of parking services in Melbourne area, website advertised $80 for 14 days. Put in information to get a quote, it jumps up $55, to $135. Disgusting customer service STAY AWAY – They will not honour the prices advertised the the website, as they say they are subject to change, when you put your dates in, the quote will come back as double the price as advertised, I called o question this and he was very rude and disrespectful, he said if you dont like the prices don't book and hung up on me, I was in disbelief that he read in this way. Imagine my shock when I returned and found out the other company charged me twice as much as I originally booked with Pacific.

When it was time for pick-up, Pacific completely ignored my calls. To add insult to injury, when I finally managed to get through to the guy from Pacific, he insulted me and told me to deal with the other company, despite having a confirmed booking in their system.

This place is a scam. They lure you in with low prices, then pass you off and leave you stranded with exorbitant charges. Avoid Pacific Parking at all costs!

Depressing – We had booked with this company for past 7 months and on arrival ,no one was there.Called the number and the person said he will be there in 5 mins.He came to us and saw us and said sorry I can’t take you guys to airport as my driver is involved in car accident.But he took other group of people who came after us.Very racist person.His ad should say no brown or black skin people should be allowed.

my car at pacific parking. I did inform the attendant (assume the owner) that although I paid for until the 10th of Mar, I may come back earlier than that date. I returned on 7th of Mar and called Pacific Parking to pick me up from airport. Just because I returned 3 days earlier the proprietor became very abusive for absolutely no reason. All I wanted was my car, I was not asking for any refund. He abused me in front of my wife, made us wait at least an hour before getting our car, threatened me and even waned me not to come back or else he will break my leg. I finally got my car and got away as fast as I can. I did not understand his reaction and behaviour. So please avoid Pacific Parking at all costs.

car (after we have already booked and paid) so upon collection day, were trying to get through to them for over an hour. Also tried calling the previous day and no answer. Absolutely disgraceful business. The arrogance, rudeness and unprofessional manner astounds me as to how this business even stays open.

struggled over the gravel carpark. There is no toilet facilities and his 'office' is the front seat of his car. The bus smelt bad. He answered his mobile by hand when he was driving us to the airport. When we returned from our trip, our car was on the road near the carpark. We were told to look out for the car and let him know when we saw it - he did not know where it was parked!! The handbreak was not engaged. How long had it been on the road?? I paid for secure parking - not for it to be left on the road - I could have done that!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It is not worth the few $$ you save if you go with the bigger airport parking services. Terrible and rude – Dodgy business, very rude and terrible customer service. Not secure and no service available, totally robbery, if you leave your car there make sure take photos of odometer and around the car and do leave anything in the car, also when you back, they don’t pick you up, you need to get a taxi to get back.

I met and spoke with a few people who regularly park here and they have been using the service for many years, in fact one of the gentleman I spoke has been coming here for the last 10 years and keep his SUV here for more than a month.

On my way back I met with 2 families who left their BMW and Merc here too.

I guess the most of the community that uses this service is in an old age bracket and not very active in the social media and not write any online reviews.

I read all this reviews after my experience and felt bad, hence thought to leave my review here.

Only deserve a negative rating – After my friends picked up their car, they found out after they went home that their 3 sunglasses, tool box and some other things were all gone. When we rang up to understand why this may have been, the attendants were so rude that they abused me over the phone and hung up several times. We will be going to the police!

Bad would be the best heading – As with all the other reviews stay clear! Things missing, scratches too name a few things, everything you want right was wrong! Wasn’t picked up at the airport, no refunds etc.

Never Ever use Pacific Parking – Booked and paid for Undercover Parking for 7 days. Picked up the car in a filthy discusting state. When I complained to the attendant he said that he is the night shift and I should call the manager. I called he was so rude and hung up on me. I will never use them again.

Was not happy with service – My car with left with them for 12 days and I paid for undercover parking. My car obviously was not kept under cover because when I picked it up it was putrid. Cover in rain dirt, tree leaves and bird poo! Furious I paid for a service I didnt get! Staff where also unfriendly and rude..

Shame on you for thinking your customers won't notice 1st & last time customers. Lost our trust. Plenty of other honourable places around. The driver who drove like a mad man to the airport . Terrible Car Stolen – Was excellent as Alpha parking but has changed names and probably owners. No longer any good .Never again. Car was stolen from supposedly secure paid parking. Wife came back from holidays with 4 friends , sorry your car has been stolen-- empathy and care factors NIL. Told to get the train , no offers of compensation. Spoke to owner -- he didnt care. Car recovered damaged, written off .
