A household staple – We use this regularly for sore joints and sprains. It's actually really good when you use it as directed. This is where you spray it on, rub it in, wait a few minutes then spray again. I recently used it for a sprained ankle. The relief is very fast. It won't take the pain away 100% but you feel a significant drop in pain which helps you heal. Use… Read more
with panadol or ibuprofen and it can really knock it on the head. I also get mild arthritis in my hands and it works really well on that. My husband has ongoing shoulder pain from bursitis and he finds it effective for that. Have also use it for muscle strains in my back.
Doesn't help at all – Followed the instructions to the letter and this did absolutely nothing to reduce the pain of the arthritis in my feet and hands. Most of these products are the same. Should have known from the advertising that it wouldn't work but you live in hope Show details

Pain Away Spray- Without Success but caused bad Allergy – Some time ago I purchased the Pain Away Spray against Arthritis. Before purchasing, I did read the instructions and the wonderful benefits this spray on medication would do. As the container comes with a handy spray gun that would make it easy to spray yourself the medication onto your back or wherever it is to reach the inflamed area. Spraying… Read more
Pai Ways onto arthritis inflamed area, I waited, waited, and waited for my arthritis pain to feel some relief. The container of the product states clearly: "Providing Support for your Joints and Muscles". It did nothing more than a very itchy and sore skin surface irritation from an allergy and the arthritis pain persisted. If you have any arthritis or arthritis-related illness there is only one way and this way is to your General Practitioner referring you to a specialist for treatment. Products such as this Pain Away Spray is nothing else than quackery or some Chinese homeopathic dubious treatment that never works or if it works it is the result of autosuggestion like so many of these unproven remedies serious medical persons smile about. Arthritis and related inflammations are serious illnesses and as such, they belong to the attention of a specialist and not to self-treatment that lead to nothing.
