as a goodwill. I told him I want to speak to his team leader. Silence. Not impressed and it is a form of bullying and no focus on customer service.
Follow-up · Gave this company the flick. Will not order anythingbfrom them. The pillow had a great review.i read the review and trusted what i read. $10 was a good gesture from them as they refuse to aacept my return although product was never used.
Ordered compression gloves arrived with no Tax Invoice/Receipt, only order details via email. Asked numerous times via email for a Tax Invoice and no response. On checking Business details via ASIC it clearly states the organization is not registered since December 12, 2024 for tax purposes. So I see no hope of receiving the Tax Paid Invoice. The Organization should not be operating as it's not registered currently with ASIC.
bought shoes from this company, sent me wrong size and when I asked them to exchange it. They asked me if I could give a review for the exchange. I told them about my problem before asking for a review. Then they said I had to pay the exchange fee. Stay away from them. They are not a reliable company
Avoid these guys they lie and their products aren't what I ordered at all rubbish.
I purchased a cervical collar in April. It arrived pretty quickly but on delivery I realised that the collar was not as described on the website, half of the pictures were of a conpletely different collar, including the pictures describing the ergonomic design and support components. Also the fabric was scratchy and irritated my skin. I emailed the company and have heard nothing.
I bought butterfly pillow at pain free Australia i receive it last week first time I wake up no stiff neck im happy with the product highly recommended
Deceptive – China company with awful products, no returns if the product does not fit. Deceptive in that they appear to operate from Australia. Avoid.
Useless product – Sold me a dodgy ankle support, it was useless. May as well just wrap your ankle in toilet paper for all the good it did. They did not respond to my 3 emails about it. Stay clear!!
beware the scam – ordered a thumb splint, they took my money quick but no confirmation email to say they'd received the order. No response after using their 'contact form.' No phone number, just a dodgy gmail address. Waste of money, this is a total scam.
still waiting – I am still waiting to receive a wrist thumb splint from this company. They are telling me my address is incorrect and is being returned to sender- Iv'e checked my address is correct and they are no longer responding. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering- I agree [Content Removed] company
