worst company and bad quality products – The hearing aids were sending electrical shocks to my elderly parent and they refused any returns or refunds even though their product is dangerous.

Appalling service – I bought a wheelchair from Pain Free Me for my elderly frail mother. The chair was not fit for purpose it is very flimsy. There is no way that my mother could possibly use it. I tried several times to email them for an exchange or a refund but they have never responded to any of my correspondence attempts. No phone number is available. The chair has never been used. I need to provide a wheelchair for my mother. She is 93.

Faulty Product and the Worst Customer Service – I purchased the Advanced Menstrual Heated Period Cramp Relief Massage Belt. tested my other electric heat pad (Hot Pod) the same way and it reached its maximum temperature immediately after heated to the full. I would definitely NOT recommend this product!!! This product is the biggest scam! It is very expensive as it is, let alone for something that doesn't work as advertised. I had also contacted this company multiple times via email and had not had a single response over a period of months. I was hesitant to return this product as the company had not responded to any of my emails, along with having read reviews from other customers who had similar experiences and noted that this business does not accept responsibility or provide refunds for faulty items. I have reported them to the Department of Fair Trading who are now investing. If you are not wanting to waste your money, I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Scam and dodgy company – I used their pillows and after a few days my neck was worse. As per refund policy I had original packaging and the boxes they came with. I contacted them within 14 days and heard absolutely nothing until they replied after the date saying they will not refund a change of mind. I informed them it was not change of mind but it made my neck worse and following your refund policy I am entitled to complete refund of the two pillows.

Currently I use the electric power wheelchair everyday to get around the house and in and out of town, it runs great and the battery lasts forever.

I highly recommend this site as they are just all around pleasant to deal with and I really like and depend on their products.

I saw some of the comments here and I wanted to share my thoughts as it looks like this is a place for disgruntled customers to come and vent and these days not enough people share the good things in life.

False advertising – I recently purchased the Painfreeme Ultimate Full Body Massage Chair - when it arrived it is a cheap Livemor massage chair available from catch and other bargain shopping sites. The model number and brand were not mentioned on the painfreeme listing. The company do not respond to emails and do not accept responsibility for misleading advertising. Do not buy from them.

response. Later I received a “we miss you” email, I laughed, then answered that email with no response. Alas there is no phone number to contact them on. Not happy with the product or the service. Let this review be a warning to others.

Absolutely useless – Had trouble inserting into nose, but with a little jiggling it went in. As soon as you move it falls out. Tried again, but in the sleep position, again the weight seems to transfer to one end and it falls out. The most uncomfortable product. Have emailed their customer service 4 times, no response.

Returns – Bought a period pin relief device for my girlfriend for Christmas, turns out it was faulty so I message the returns email and with a quick response they responded to send it to there location. After that there was nothing I tried emailing over 5 times to find out what had happened to the product or getting a replacement and I was ignored everytime, do not buy anything from these people.

No response to refund requests – Sent several emails following their so called returns process. No replies received and no other contact details on their website. Also tried their messenger contact on website. I wouldn’t buy again from a company that doesn’t publish their phone number or ABN on their website. The product purchased ( a knee brace) was ill fitting, uncomfortable and inflexible despite being described otherwise on website.

Quick delivery and after care service – I ordered my 90 year old grandfather an electric wheelchair. Being interstate it’s hard to be there for him. I reached out to the team at Pain Free Me and explained his situation. It was delivered within a week to his retirement home. The delivery agent setup, installed and showed him how to use it.
