Completely misleading shipping timeframes on their website. It's been just under two weeks and the ordered items are still in transit despite their stated 5-7 days on their website. sellers who are far more reliable and you'll actually get your items delivered. Paint Plot is a far better company to deal with.
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Quality is far far from even being good Wanted black and white painting….. Dont buy from this company – Have bought 1 custom and multiple other Pbn kits from this company. So the quality of the paints and the canvas are ok, the paint brushes are dismal. parcel that takes up to 4 weeks !!! is a tedious experince as I have been directed to a chinese shipping company and an italian website that plainly is all written in italian. Thinking this is a bit dodgy, as it either is an Australian company that sources its products from overseas (and they fail to disclose this) or its an overseas company using an Australian domain name. Either way, I will be purchasing my Pbn kits elsewhere from now on.

Rubbish Company - Stay Clear – I ordered 3 canvases. They claim fast delivery and 3 weeks later they still haven't arrived. To make matters worse, they've stopped responding to my emails asking where my package is. Stay clear of this rubbish company.

just how long it will take them to actually ship. You'll find that information tucked away in some obscure place on their website after you've paid....of course. Speaking of which, the only payment method on offer is credit card which in hindsight is something that really should have rung alarm bells....
Anyway, my order which was placed on the 19th of October, wasn't 'processed' until the 25th of October. It wasn't 'picked up' until the 31st of October. It didn't leave China until the 04th of November, and eventually arrived at my home on the 11th of November. The quality of the canvas itself was okay - the picture of my dog was fairly clear - however I ran into problems straight away. The tiny, cheap, square (I wasn't given the option to choose round) diamond drills they supplied are much too small to cover the squares on the canvas properly. It made the whole experience fiddly, messy and resulted in gappy and uneven rows. I gave it up as a bad joke and a waste of my time.
They contacted me and asked me to leave a review which I did. I gave them 2 stars and an honest opinion of what they sent me. When my review hadn't been published I contacted them to ask why. What I received in return was an email from someone there telling me my order had been delivered by Aramex. Huh? I'm guessing most of their 4 or 5 star reviews are fake.
The truth is that the products available from Paint By Numbers Australia are cheap and nasty - there are definitely better places to buy custom diamond painting kits online.
Scam Site – DEFINITELY a scam website. I haven't ordered anything, and I won't. Apart from the reviews here, their Facebook page is empty, but the real tell is their ABN: it is NOT registered to them. Avoid at all costs if you want to keep your money.
Scam website – Ordered a custom photo on 3 Oct 2022, still not arrived today. Emails do not get answered, tracking says product coming from China, now their domain name has changed and no visibility at all and no recourse other than through credit card company. Absolute scam site, stay away.
Chinese Company with Australian name – Needed an item for mothers Day. Waited 2 weeks and still in China. The company offered a discount. Missed what I needed it for as had to buy something else. Have asked for the Address to return the item. Product is very flimsy and cheap looking. continually messaged to find out return address with no response. Stay Away from this company.
Lies- stay away from this company – I recently bought from this website https://paintwithnumbers.com.au They state "local stock" and have an ABN as well.
