Palsonic TV – Palsonic TFTV2410M used in our shed up bush and worked great for a shorter time than expected. Ran off 12 volt power supply without issues. Sound was rubbish so bought USB powered speakers with improved results. Can advise the reception via TV antenna without booster was reasonable then the rubber around the TV screen fell to pieces and the power… Read more

supply failed. I would spend more money if you are chasing a TV for your shed or caravan. If you purchase a Palsonic TV hang onto your receipt because you will most likely need it sooner rather than later. We have replaced this TV with a 32in LG purchased in 2010 so 11 years later still going strong where the Palsonic failed after 2/3 years of minimal use hence the one star review.

Parts missing, they will not resolve. Unprofessional Company – Item arrived with parts missing. Palsonic advised they were not going to do anything about it. CS actually started making scratching noises on the phone and hung up on us.

Poor non-existent customer service – Purchased a 43 inch UHD Smart TV in March 2019. Less than a month after purchase, whilst watching TV, the unit began to hum, heat up on the right hand side and then popped causing the screen to crack all the way across the unit. Contacted their customer service and spoke to [name removed] at Palsonic who advised to send through copy of the proof… Read more

of purchase as well as some images of the unit attentioned to him. This was on the 15/04/19. To date I have not had a response so raised an issue with NSW Fair Trading. Palsonics excuse was that [name removed] was spelt [name removed] which is why he did not get the email and from viewing the images they could tell that the unit had been dropped ( which it had not as there is no impact centre on the screen ) Palsonic has not even bothered to inspect the unit so they must have geniuses working for them to be able to diagnose the issue solely from images. Advice : do not buy Palsonic items they are cheap and nasty and the company does not honour warranty.

July 3rd 2019 Update: Palsonic Refuses to honour warranty

Further to my last post, received a call from the NSW Department of Fair Trading. Incredulously without inspecting the unit at all Palsonic is refusing to honour the warranty on its product and is basically calling me a liar. The screen spontaneously cracking is apparently my fault and there is no manufacturing fault. The geniuses at Palsonic can tell this by a solitary image! Fair Trading further stated that the manufacturer is willing to repair the unit at my expense. The unit was not even one month old when it popped and cracked. Obviously will not be paying further monies to a company that won't honour its own warranty. Fair Trading has further stated that my only other avenue is to lodge an NCAT ( NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal ) application which for consumers is $50. That fee would be returned once the claim is upheld. This avenue is being considered, and I do implore people, if manufacturers like Palsonic continue to shirk their responsibilities, to take it further as this is the only way manufacturers will learn and cease treating the consumer as chumps.

Palsonic Customer Support is not customer supportive at all – Rang Palsonic Customer Service for Universal Remote Code for Palsonic TV., they were not willing to help at all and just said "we don't have one, go to your universal remote seller". What a crap service! They are not willing to support their customers and their products at all. Good advice: Don't buy Palsonic!

Very disappointed with the service – We went through 4 tvs before we got one that was not faulty. Each time took over a month to return to the factory and back to us. Very disappointed with the product and the service. When we asked for an extension on the warranty, we got 1 extra month,
