If it's 1 blink the back lights are gone. It's fixable but it's risky too as you need to take screen apart to get to the back lights

It’s not a smart tv so you need to add some smarts to it, , purchase a chrome cast and cat Netflex via your tablet device or get a Apple TV and also connect to the TV and it will play Netflex

No, I don't believe that this TV allows for internet access. There is nothing in the manual or menu structure to indicate that it is net ready.

Thanks for that but a bit disappointing considering the Panasonic is only 2 years old.
