Panasonic X10 Series

Great TV! – Great picture, easy to set up, we like the inbuilt TV Guide and ease of switching between our Apple TV, Netflix, DVD and Free to Air. We've owned the tv for 6 years now and it's not failed us once! Purchased for $2100 and is still going strong. Good sound also.

Great So Far – I purchased this TV from JB Hi-Fi in 2009 and haven't looked back. Great picture, easy to set up and operate, love the remote control and so far no trouble at all. I will replace this one with a larger Panasonic TV when this one eventually dies. Well worth the purchase price. Great picture, easy setup, nice remote control.
Very poor quality TV – We have always purchased Panasonic equipment; however we bought the model 18 months ago and now the red light is on & no picture. I rang Panasonic and they said TV's only have 12 months warranty and you have to pay for repairs. The old unit 12 years old & still works fine. Quality has changed. TV died after 18 months
Fantastic Plasma TV! Looks more like FULL HD rather than just HD – Fantastic picture quality! It was expensive but top of the range when I purchased at $2200 around 4.5 years ago. Still going strong, no need for upgrade. Sound is fantastic for a plasma. Overall its a great buy!! It will still be better than my LG I just purchased even though it lacks a USB port which is a bummer but I just use a media centre on it anyway :)
Best thing about the whole thing is that I have never gotten screen burn!! (Btw its 100% not an LCD, I think I would know what I purchased lol)
Love it! Nice gloss black design, crisp pictures, even better when theres car racing. :) No USB Ports. (none really had them when I bought it)
Good – Recommended - I have the 50" screen on the wall 11 feet away from my armchair where the view size is slightly smaller than my 10" netbook 2 feet away on my lap, but the wall screen is better for shared watching while my netbook is not. After all the "Plasma is expensive to run" stuff I did a council energy saving meter thing where I estimated that it cost max.8, usually 4.5 cents an hour. For cinema-quality entertainment, that's way cheaper than almost anytime spent paying for drinks/food/pub outdoors, and in fact is a great way to save money by being happy to stay home. We paid $1580 about a year ago - I've seen them closer to $800 on special recently - recommended. If you're hanging out for 3D - I think that's a fad, so no need to wait. great pic, plasma is purportedly better color saturation (better blacks), better for fast movement(sports) and cheaper than LCD. Can do photo slideshows by just plugging in my SD card straight from my camera. Got the 50X14A after a bit of bait and switch from the dealer who told me it was $80 cheaper than the X10A and a newer model, but didn't tell me it wouldn't play AVI video files from USB/PC - not until it was too late did I realise I would have wanted that. After my Sony Trinitron 29" CRT with much better bass, the sound at first seemed thin and crappy, but I'm used to it now.
