renovation and could not afford to keep delaying the project, I purchased another faucet and had it installed. The Paragon faucet was packed up and ready to be returned.

Since then, getting a simple return shipping label has become an unnecessarily frustrating process.

I have explained the situation multiple times and clearly stated that I do not want a replacement. I simply want to return the defective faucet and receive my refund.

Instead, I keep receiving emails saying that my request has been “escalated” or needs to be “escalated for approval.” I was already told it had been sent to the appropriate department, yet after several follow-ups, I still have no return label.

This is extremely poor customer service.

A customer should not have to repeatedly chase a company for days just to receive a return label for a defective product. Especially when the customer has already provided photos, explained the issue, had the product inspected, and has the item packed and ready to ship.

The most disappointing part is not even the defective faucet — products can occasionally have issues. It is how the company handles the problem afterward.

I expected Paragon to take responsibility, provide the return label, process the return, and resolve the matter professionally. Instead, I have experienced repeated delays and unnecessary back-and-forth.

If you are considering purchasing from Paragon, I strongly recommend looking carefully at their after-sales service and return process before placing your order.

I am still hoping they will eventually resolve this, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company.

Was sent a faucet with the wrong size fittings for my sink. I could not find adapters at two of my local hardware stores and also discovered a missing hose. After waiting over a week for a response, I finally went to the local hardware store and purchased a faucet that fit my sink. I requested a refund and they gave me the run around.

Overall, the product did not meet my expectations in terms of build quality or value for money. I've purchased bidet sprays from Temple & Webster for around $40 that felt more durable, had better quality fittings, and offered better overall value.

For the price being charged, I would expect higher-quality materials and a longer hose. I wouldn't purchase this product again and would recommend looking at more affordable alternatives instead
