Paragon Faucets

It’s big scam. They said it’s made in USA and come from china plus very cheap quality and light weight compare to price. They are very bad for refund, return or exchange policy.

Got the Trier faucet and I’ve got no complaints. The quality is actually amazing for the price. All good here.

Cheap quality product with high price. Black colour of tap started peeling off in 2 weeks and one of the part fell off in 2 months.. very poor customer services.

I can’t comment on what the returns process would be like, but in my case, everything worked out fine.

This company seems like a scam. They sent a product that is different from what is shown on their website, with clearly poor quality. When I complained, they said I must pay to ship it back to the US, even though it’s not the same item I ordered. Despite claiming to be a US company, the package was shipped from China. I am now requesting a refund, and the company is refusing to return my money. Do not buy from them.
