5 Urgent phone calls all unanswered. I had to keep excusing myself from back to back meetings throughout the day so I could sit on hold just to have the call go to an automated message. FIVE TIMES!!!! Then my call is "returned" the NEXT day, AFTER my booking had already started and I had to pay for parking elsewhere because I couldn't get a straight answer. Then it took them a week to respond to my email.

The booking app is very straight forward and easy. The only difficulty I had was finding the location address correct carpark. the City, I was getting stressed going into the incorrect carpark on the wrong side of the building. I was 5 mins late for an important meeting. I feel there should be a more detailed description of where the correct carpark is located which would have been helpful.

Great little spot – Great location - only a 20 min walk from the CBD. Good little spot for a smaller car. ASX was fine but I wouldn’t go much bigger. Ella was great to deal with and made the whole experience pleasant.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND – Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money. Bennett has been incredibly helpful answered all my questions without any questions and check up if everything was great. Which was amazing to know my car was in a safe place, definitely recommend to anyone who’s needing a space for your vehicle. ☺️

Excellent Service – Always provided prompt responses to queries, even on cancellation, advised last payment date and amount when requested. Thank you for great service. Also the parking spot was always clean and tidy.

BE CAREFUL. They stole over $2k from me. Parking spot was falsely advertised (which is illegal), site shown was inside a garage. didn't want it, he acknowledged. Then they charged me for NINE MONTHS and when I tried to get the money back, they told me I WAS IN THE WRONG!!! I reported them to Fair Trading and the ACCC and Scam Watch. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Parkhound charged me a substantial fee for the privilege of listing my space on their site. Furthermore, they modified my listing using poor grammar, listed my space as available when it was already booked, and tried to blame me when things went wrong as a result. in the area who actually puts in the effort to earn their fee, a fee which is lower than what Parkhound charges for essentially doing nothing. I would recommend that anyone using Parkhound should at least consider hiring a legitimate property manager instead.

Terrible company. Failed to communicate when payments from the renter failed for several months. I’m wondering if the raised admin fee is for nothing? Also very slow when handling issues—if the car renter does not respond, you can only hope they will communicate and resolve any issues for you. Never choose this company.

A con – This is a con, sounds great but its rubbish. I was given the name and phone of someone and I contacted them twice as per the instructions given and no response. The old saying if its too good to be true......this isnt.

Better than paying parking fines – Great service easy and no trouble at all .feom the time I booked to contacting the person with the car park and paying it was all very easy. Great service

No repercussions for cancelling at the last minute – I booked a parking spot a week in advance with Parkhound. I contacted the owner to schedule pickup of the garage keys but they were unresponsive. I chased this up with Parkhound and they told me that the owner was in Europe and couldn't hand over they keys so they'll just cancel AND REMOVE THE LISTING. around our area. After our booking was cancelled, I checked again and suprise suprise, the SAME PARKING SPACE WAS STILL AVAILABLE, but $220 per month more expensive. How could the owner lease this space if they were in Europe? Atrocious how Parkhound allows this kind of behaviour.

First time user, won't be the last – First time user of Park Hound and it will not be our last. Having stayed in accommodation with no accessible parking I was recommended to use Park Hound. We found an available spot only 700m from where I was staying. Absoultly perfect and would definitely use again on my next trip to Melbourne.

Inaccurate listings, lack of communication and no accountability – An absolute shame that they do not follow their own protocols as listed on their website. couldnt get access to due to my current medical condition. Company was not willing to refund or even send me the access key - which was the specified method on the listing. Company is not willing to refund even though this issue was due to their own misinformation. Will now need to go through a lengthy ombudsman process to recover money for an unused parking space. Email responses are slow and supervisors are not willing to take my calls.

Fantastic, easy and affordable – Great communication with the space owner and efficient service. I was surprised how easy it was. Would definitely use again, and recommend if you are staying in the city of a couple of nights.

Scammer stole my money – Recent 2 years the company didn’t provide booking confirmation but ate money which should sent to me, other party rent my parking spot and paid money to them but I didn’t get the money to my bank account, no response from them after enquiring, couldn’t close my account on their website. Never paid to them as they only eat your money without paying to the parking spot owner at all. Not even worth a star. Be aware!

Zero parking, poor admin support, bad experience – rented a car space and then on the date of use the owner informed me someone had parked so close to their space that the spot would be very difficult to enter (in actual fact impossible). the spot despite me having no use of it. Been over a month now and while they have returned the $100 bond they did not return the $97.50; just provided excuses and blamed the owner for not returning the funds (which they say they have done). They stopped responding to my emails. After a prolonged period, finally the 97.50 was returned. In summary, total waste of time for no parking and an ordeal to get my money back. Woeful customer support and I will never use again.

Nobody got time for this – I made a booking that then after half a day was declined. What's the point? Hard to plan around a maybe. Maybe I'm glad as it all seemed well dodgy.

Car park – I was able to book a secure car space close to my office office - it was convenient and a reasonable price. John was the owner of the space and he was always available if needed.

Fantastic company to deal with – This company found tenants for each of my investment properties quickly and without any fuss. If anyone complained in the past, I would say that they created the issue as i have had none Thanks Parkhound keep up the great work and thanks for the extra income

Waste of time – Between my husbands account and mine have attempted to book 10+ longer term car parks through this app over three separate occasions. cancelled from park hound as the lessor wanted more than the advertised price. I don't know if they are fake listing's or the app is inaccurate for availability but is an absolutely frustrating experience and an absolute waste of time.

Terrible Customer Service – I have been renting a parking space for about 18 months without issue, its all good while Parkhound are receiving my money on a regular basis. couple of weeks. Parkhound now don't want to reimburse for the extra days I've already paid but aren't using and also my key fob remote deposit which I returned to the owner.

Please just give me my refund(s) – Practically took $500 from me. Parkhound has your money until that leaser accepts it. The leaser asked me to contact Park hound. Broke uni student, undergoing treatment- as I’m on recession. no sympathy. They said that they would refund the money straight away as it was through a debit card. Over a week nothing. Do the right thing and return my money.

where the rental money was,I was told that the payment was "on hold". They told me that they had released the payment and I would receive it in the next 5 business days. I asked them if I hadn't chased them up if I would have been paid at all and was given a half baked assurance that they check things one a week or so to make sure that payments are made. This is in stark contrast to the slick sales pitch that I was given that they would take care of payments and I would never have to worry about chasing payments again. I now have doubts about using this company in the future.

So easy and convenient – Can’t rate this company highly enough. We’ve used it twice now in Sydney and it’s so easy and the hosts are so lovely and helpful. The prices are very very reasonable.

Perfect solution to rent your car space as you need – It's been very effective for me lent my car space as I don't own a car and only uses it when i rent it. I have event rent out car space at other cities at a really reasonable price. Hassle free experience. Negative - I have noticed duplicate booking with spacer as it's a subsidiary of parkhound and have to follow up with support person to get later booking cancelled.

Great way to save money – Used the app for the 1st time on a trip to Brisbane. The app was very easy to use and my dealings with the person advertising the private parking were very good. 3 days undercover parking was less than 1 day parking at the hotel i stayed in.

Handy and hassle free – It is an Informative and easy to use app/website. Specially like the search feature with map. Friendly and helpful support staff. Payments are also timely. Wish there was a feature to rate renter and lesser.
