Parking Port

Gave me a COPY of my keys when I picked up my car – Stay away from this company - when I returned to get my car they gave me a COPY of my original keys. It is a cheap non-genuine copy that's completely different from my original keys. They even pretended that they didn't know what happened. Who knows if they made a copy of my keys and still have the original? I have tried to work this out with them via email, but it has been two weeks and they still haven't given me a genuine set of keys. So now I will need to take this up with the police and Consumer Affairs Victoria. What a hassle! They are cheap - but is it worth saving a few bucks when your car is one of the most expensive things you own? Never again, maybe this review will help someone else not get scammed.

Terrible service and extra charges! Worst parking service ever!! – Extremely poor service. Charged extra money upon return and staff has no idea on what they are doing. There are many other reliable parking services around if you wish to have peace of mind. Unreasonable charging and rude staff. Book with them if you want to pay more for nothing good.
