mailed it back in less than 24hrs after receiving it. Sadly I don't think i will look at Party savers again for any future orders.

Wouldn't recommend – Paid $10 for express shipping, their website states 1-2 days express delivery but item arrived to late to actually use, is still inside the postage bag and they are refusing to accept a return. Excellent service – I ordered Mickey & Minnie ears on Thursday, they arrived early Monday morning, now that’s quick service. The ears are well made and look so cute on. I will definitely use this company again

Excellent customer service – I recently ordered a pair of party glasses and waited several weeks for them . I emailed them to enquire about shipping, thinking i would get a response in a week or so , but to my surprise they returned my email the next day explaining there was a shipping problem and offered to send a pair express post. they arrived the following day. great job team this is the type of service that people are looking for thank you

Great customer service – Recently ordered a number of items from Party Savers, they immediately came back to say there may be an issue with delivery given the COVID-19 restrictions etc. They confirmed the date I needed the items by and said they would get as many as possible. They delivered personally on the day everything they could. Really great service. Thank you.

Don't be fooled! – Website needs to state when items are out of stock. Was emailed a few days later saying some items were currently not in stock & awaiting arrival from the warehouse, which by the way is overseas, not in Sydney as you would expect. Received no response to my last email, just a partial refund.

Bad quality balloons – 2 out of 10 of my purchased balloons have leakage and manager refused to refund. The experience of welcoming your guest with unexpected airless balloon is not pleasant at all.

Do not recommend – We hired a small helium tank to inflate 15 balloons. Prior to this, I was told by online customer service the small tank inflates up to 40. (I have a screen shot of this conversation). We run out of helium after 12 balloons. Unacceptable.

Fantastic service – Quality costume received with a small stain on. Had amazing customer support afterwards and the small problem was sorted immediately. Highly recommend! I will definitely use this store again in the future!

It was colourful. Sturdy. Easy to Wear. And so inexpensive – Quick delivery I was expecting something 'tinny' because it was so well priced and when I opened the package I was extremely impressed. The article is absolutely wonderful. Colourful. easy to wear.

Baroque wig – I ordered a wig for an upcoming fancy dress. Initially I received the wrong item, but the team responded within a couple of hours of me sending the email and corrected the problem promptly and courteously. I now have the wig, which was a great price and exactly as shown on the website. I will definitely return to them in the future.

Their customer service is amazing! There are lots of products there for parties – I have recently known about Party Savers. I bought some balloons for my friends’ birthday party. They were beautiful, and we had a good time. Love the service there as well. The staff are friendly and helpful! However, I have seen the increase of price for some products, I was unhappy at first. Due to COVID 19, this is understandable. I hope the increase of prices will support Partysavers overcome this difficult time.

Perfect for parties! – Probably the best store one can come across for their party needs. They’ve got a wide range of party supplies in different themes and loads of costumes.
