The course content is bite sized and easy. Having been disappointed by so many dog training attempts. All I can say is WOW! I feel part of a very supportive community with only a few days into the course.After chatting with experts, I feel empowerd to observe my dog with a new compassion and thus help both her and myself with much less stress. Hazel has given Storm and I some homework to do and described Storms problem perfectly. She has a horrendous fear of travelling and becomes very anxious on the journey. I will start our work today.

Whenever I have a specific problem with my dog training, I can ask the training experts. All of them are super friendly, and most of all, knowledgeable. I get step by step advice and background information. The experts are patient and understanding. When I feel overwhelmed, they motivate me again. Great team of experts!

The training gives a good structure and clear guidance. There is also personalized advice from a dog trainer who looks at the individual situation - multi dog household, health conditions or any kind of struggles. For me and my dogs it’s an excellent way to combine quality time with my dogs with actually improving their skill set. My most favorite expert is Hazel who coaches me through any obstacle that might stop me without her.

company I was unable to talk to a person and the bot was not at all helpful - standard answers that didn't answer my questions. I repeatedly asked to speak to a person but this request was ignored. The course itself was not something my daughter (the owner of the dog) was prepared to do and so I unsubscribed, never returned to the site and thought I was done, but no.
I subscribed to this a couple of years ago and did not think it was any good. Then this year they charged me $16 and then a month later over AUD$58. month ago. This isn't proof at all. And I definitely would NOT have made a subscription for dog training when my dog had passed away. Then when I said, well I still want a refund, they told me it was impossible because I had to show proof that I had used the program and why it didnt work. How can I use a program I didnt subscribe to or use a training program on a dead dog???? There were no emails confirming a subscription had been set up. Not even a link to download the said training program. So how is this even possible?
Same as EVERY other person writing a review . PLEASE DO NOT GO NEAR THEM . App is crap and they sign you up for further instalments without telling you - claiming you can see future payments in the payment section of the app . Vile company and obviously still getting away with it !!!

Very good information, as most people Im quite busy with work, and taking care of Kira. I've had dogs in the past along time ago ,so Im trying to regain all the things I did before with my other dogs.
Olivia gave me excellent advice on how to try to manage my Cavalier's defiant behaviour. We have tried several methods but still have some issues so it wasn't a straight-forward request. I appreciate the expertise and the availability at all hours as I have an unusual schedule.
