I’m so pleased. I have a pomsky puppy that is so wonderful and I want to work on some manners and other behavioural things to bring our home to harmony. Everyone is so helpful and thoughtful. Experts trainers are great and helpful. App is frustrating and the constant requests to buy extra things is annoying. I quit after only 6 days of use. I finally got a refund but was shocked at being charged for trial period.

The course content is bite sized and easy. Having been disappointed by so many dog training attempts. All I can say is WOW! I feel part of a very supportive community with only a few days into the course.After chatting with experts, I feel empowerd to observe my dog with a new compassion and thus help both her and myself with much less stress. Hazel has given Storm and I some homework to do and described Storms problem perfectly. She has a horrendous fear of travelling and becomes very anxious on the journey. I will start our work today.
Whenever I have a specific problem with my dog training, I can ask the training experts. All of them are super friendly, and most of all, knowledgeable. I get step by step advice and background information. The experts are patient and understanding. When I feel overwhelmed, they motivate me again. Great team of experts!

John guided me through some very tricky but manageable dog issues. He helped me see simple and practical solutions I had not thought of. For example my dog gets overexcited when he plays and sometimes can hurt me. And to make matters worse my other dog gets jealous and tries to dominate the dog I’m trying to play with. more crazy! I’m going to give the second dog a Kong while I play with the first dog and also John connected me up with a great lesson on how to calm down a dog during play with specific strategies! I also worked with John to give Loki a long while I work on training Freya. So simple and I can’t wait to try! Thank you for your support. company I was unable to talk to a person and the bot was not at all helpful - standard answers that didn't answer my questions. I repeatedly asked to speak to a person but this request was ignored. The course itself was not something my daughter (the owner of the dog) was prepared to do and so I unsubscribed, never returned to the site and thought I was done, but no.
I subscribed to this a couple of years ago and did not think it was any good. Then this year they charged me $16 and then a month later over AUD$58. month ago. This isn't proof at all. And I definitely would NOT have made a subscription for dog training when my dog had passed away. Then when I said, well I still want a refund, they told me it was impossible because I had to show proof that I had used the program and why it didnt work. How can I use a program I didnt subscribe to or use a training program on a dead dog???? There were no emails confirming a subscription had been set up. Not even a link to download the said training program. So how is this even possible?
