The program was not what i was expecting, but they had a 30 day guarantee...... but in actual fact they don't. So they took my money and refused a refund....not happy at all, just a bloody rip off.

Had a lovely lady called Hazel help me this morning, very helpful very patient, gave me advice in easy understandable instructions. Very friendly. Highly recommended. Looking forward to getting started on the advice she gave me to be able to walk my dog on a relaxed walk.

Mia is being incredibly supportive during a personally difficult time at the moment. Leaving messages with advice on how to manage behaviours whilst full time training has had to be paused.

Robert asked important questions to understand the problem we have with our border collie (which is her recall away from the house)then suggested a clear plan of action to follow and a request to update him on Friday regarding progress. Excellent advice.

said they would not refund me due to company policies. I explained that I felt this was taking advantage of people by not notifying us prior to charging for another subscription but they still refused. It is what it is. I should have expected it from a non legit company that need to prey on fist time subscribers to stay afloat.

Scam alert. You sign up for a month but then they continue to charge you. The videos are AI generated and appalling. So difficult to follow. Excruciating to watch. They will not refund your money unless you jump through a selection of hoops. Avoid

Be careful wIth the free trial. You dont realise you are subscribed until you are chsrged. I signed for the free period and found i didnt use the app. Followed their policy to cancel subscription through google play, during free trial no app subscribed so believed i was not subscribed to the app. I was still charged for the subscription. to email them once you realise you have been charged to cancel the subscription and you cant get a refund. Very frustrating.

Unscrupulous business practices. My credit card was charged from the initial trial amount 3 months later to a full subscription without my knowledge or consent and without any communication from them that this was about to happen. subscribe . When I asked for a full refund and cancelled my account, they refused to refund me. My issue was the terms and conditions were unclear and not communicated appropriately to give consumers agency in their dealing with this business. Stay away.

They trick you through fine print somewhere and automatically charge you for monthly subscription adter initial purchase! They will NOT refund charges either! BEWARE!

Awful. Truly awful to work with. The "Money Back Guarantee" guidelines are impossible and they don't provide any email reminders regarding payments. Any customer service requests are met by AI responses. And even when they promise to provide a refund, they go back on this promise. They are a predatory business that does not care about their clients.

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. I was alerted to issue with PawChamp when I noticed a transaction had been made without my knowledge or authorisation. At best I had been on their website and did not sign up for any service, trial or otherwise.

I looked at their program, decided it wasn't for me. They have taken over $90 from me and won't return it! I have never used it! Very shady business. They eventually returned most of my money.

I canceled my subscription before the next payment was due but they proceeded to take payment first before processing my cancelation. They refuse to give me a refund so I filed a complaint with my bank and was able to stop payment before it cleared my account. I too thought it was a one-time payment. Very deceptive in roping you in.
