PDP Wired Controller

Decent enough, but – Not a bad controller, but the software the change settings is only available via the Microsoft store for windows 10, you cannot get it elsewhere, you are out of luck if you run windows 7, 8, 8.1... I contacted the company with an enquiry, the first customer service agent did not even read my brief email correctly, the second one basically said 'bad luck', very poor customer service.

Broke after 15 minutes use – Bought (somehwat reluctantly, after reading some reviews) to replace old Xbox One Controller .. all looked fine out of the box but controller lasted about 15 minutes use before the left trigger jammed- permeanently. Clearly not worth the time and effort, will never purchase a PDP product again.
