Turnaround was quick for a custom made product and communication was on point along the process. I’ll be ordering again

Buyer beware – After ordering a pram liner online and waiting almost 6 weeks (with limited communication) it was a terrible fit. I have spent the next 3 weeks trying to sort this out. Now that I've asked for a refund I'm just being ignored. Business was great communicating, until payment had been made. Now silence. I'm disgusted with the behavior of this business.
