PERA Luggage

We purchased 2 Samsonite Luggage. Anndella provided us with excellent service, excellent knowledge of the product, great travel tips and competitive prices.

I initially purchased a suitcase from DFO Stargate in Brisbane and found the service reasonable, however I had to purchase another similar bag a week later at Pera Indooroopilly and was attended to by a young staff member Alice who provided excellent service which included showing me how to safely carry and open my suitcase and how to change the pin number on my suitcase. I also spoke to her manager who was also extremely proud with the service provided by Alice. Unfortunately our only major baggage provider in Cairns is Strandbag and I firmly believe a Pera store, with a larger range of products, should be established in Cairns DFO. I was very happy with the service provided from both Alice and her manager and Pera should in some way acknowledge this. Thanks.

While we were at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, we went to Pera to get specifically sized luggage for our upcoming light plane/bus holiday to Lake Eyre and the Channel Country. Anndella was very professional and friendly, showing us a range of luggage options for our holiday and our requirements of the luggage fitting inside our current luggage for storage at home. We brought this luggage along to Pera to test this out. Anndella helped us with all the above and we got the luggage at a very competitive price.
