Brilliant packaging of online plants – What could have been a disaster, was saved by the excellent care Perennialle plants took of the plants I ordered. This order was one of many orders I placed for plants, but whereas all the other companies delivered to my PO Box, these were supposed to be delivered to my door. The delivery driver took them to my local post office, where they lay uncollected for seven days. The delivery driver didn’t leave a card, and my PO didn’t tell me. I was dreading opening the box, fearful that all the plants would be dead; they weren’t. Because PP had taken care to encase each plant pot in a plastic hairnet, and then wrap them individually in cardboard, the soil was still slightly damp and the plants had survived.
