I followed the instructions to the letter and even used two hangers for one canvas, yet the canvas still fell off the wall. It was extremely disappointing — not only did it fail to hold, but it also caused damage to my drywall. The product is a waste of money and effort, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable hanging solution. DO NOT BUY! Show details

These hooks are junk. Followed all instructions and they all fell off the wall. Broke a picture frame that was definitely under the weight limit of these hooks. Filed a warranty claim, they asked for all kind of receipt, pictures, questioned if directions were followed. Answered everything. Sent pictures and receipt, then they stopped… Read more
communicating and ghosted me. This is a totally unethical company that doesn't back up their junky products. I would never buy from them again. Used command hooks with no problem. Picture frames are secure on the wall, even use command hooks outside with no problem.

I brought over $60 worth of removable picture hooks and everyone has failed me! Beautiful pictures to see them costing me money to repair them, they have been unweighted and the worst hooks even!!!! They have lasted only 3 weeks and dropping at different times with my last one just went tonight being 3 weeks. Show details

Avoid. Poor product – Terrible product. Tried twice just to be sure. Failed both times with a picture a quarter of the weight limit. They are not sticky enough. I used a well known product instead and it stuck perfectly. Don’t waste your money.

Do not buy this product unless you want paint ripped off – I bought this product from Bunnings to hang up my Christmas lights in my alfresco area in a BRAND NEW BUILD only finished in August. company sent information & pictures of damage & hooks etc. they've just emailed me back some huge nonsense email saying the area wasn't prepared by the painter correctly that's why the paint came off... Refunding my money for the hooks but wont fix anything else. If you complain they ask you questions & for pics of damage, pics of hooks, pics of damaged hooks front & back. And receipt. Trying to put you off . Worst product worst customer service.
Would rather drive 100km to get 3M – They didn’t remove properly and took my paint with them.

Every single one ripped off the paint! – Used the large, 2 strip hooks to hang pictures. Come time to remove them, EVERY SINGLE strip broke as I was pulling the tab down, leaving the hook stuck to the wall. Permastik Large Picture Hooks – These hooks do not stick to my painted plasterboard wall although I followed all of the instructions. Product is advertised as rental safe but I suspect most walls would need sand papering to make the hooks stick, which would not make a landlord happy. Useless product am returning to Bunnings. 2 in 120 hooks gave a problem – I have over 120 A4 photo frames hanging on my wall. Only 2 came unstuck because I had not cleaned the paint work properly.Once I prepared the surface correctly the hook stayed on. Still there after 12 months. Like all products you get best results when yo follow the instructions including waiting between sticking strip to the wall and placing the hook on the adhesive strip with a little pressure Show details

Worst product, does not stick – If I could rate this product as zero stars I would. I purchased these hooks twice now, seems I didn't learn my lesson the first time around. I followed the instructions to the letter the first time, second time I did also except I left them set overnight and still they fell off with no weight on them. Do yourself a favour and do not buy products from this company, you would be better to use chewing gum instead, it would work better.
