I haven't received it yet, but they are up to good start. I had the year 2025 (which was correct) but they called to confirm if I made a mistake and this was for a newborn. It is good to see they put time and effort into this.

order to arrive in Adelaide. I am now a very happy customer as they have turned my negative experience into a positive one. I now would not hesitate to use them again.

My previous negative review was as follows:- “. I ordered a set of personalised cutlery for my toddler grandson’s christening on the 23rd of July. I ordered and paid on the 1st July and constantly tracked the parcel through Aramex to be told each time that it was “in transit” from the Central Coast to Adelaide. The cutlery finally arrived on the 18th July and the personalisation which was his name on each piece of cutlery appears to be black stick on letters and not engraving. These letters will not last very long after washing the cutlery. Very disappointing service and disappointing cheap looking personalisation. Will certainly not use this company again”.

what I ordered, that is not true, its much longer, close to 2 weeks.

Now when i ordered mine i got the please approve these for production photos, I did it, not once but twice! Even then I had to tell Jamie Duncan that she had to contact me regarding aproval on a product. It was then that I was informed that a product i ordered couldn't be done so I had to change what I ordered to something else, thats even with me triple checking with thier staff that I could do this... product knowledge is a valuable tool and if you don't know ask somebody that would like Jamie.

Pricing I found to be on the high side espcially for the products I ordered

Packaging left a lot to be desired, the foam peanuts should be on the top and the bottom not just the top. Ever heard of bubble wrap, that would be better. Oh and wipe down product 1 last time before packing it as mine had some sort of shavings/dust on it that could have scratched my acrylic.

gift was excellent, communication was prompt, very hassle free experience on a personalised gift and a custom image personalised gift. both were loved by their recipients. product turn around was very quick. great price. Thanks guys!!! have used this company before and will use again in the future

I requested an engraved whiskey glass in a personalised wooden box. I needed it as a rush job and the company got it to me in 3 business days with perfect engraving. They were great over the phone, very helpful, I couldn't have asked for more. Very happy.

We ordered a 21st birthday key. It was overall a good product but it arrived chipped and it also came late in the mail. The photo quality is good and so is the writing, though!

Disappointed, poor quality – Poorly made, won’t reply to my emails, purchased for a gift, would be embarrassed to give. Have sent photos of fault but have no reply after two emails.

The item was perfect – This is my 3rd time ordering. I confirmed items would reach me by my deadline using their delivery calculator. Had to contact them over 5 times to see when it would be shipped. Was advised the 5th. Chased on the 6th and didn't hear back. Item arrived too late. While the gifts were beautiful. Arriving empty handed was dreadful.

I ordered the boxed engraved whiskey glass for my son’s 18th. It arrived super fast and beautifully packaged. My son loves it and it will be something he’ll treasure. Extra points for being locally made and distributed. Highly recommend.
