Perfect! – Ordering was super easy via the website. I opted in for Express shipping and ordered on the 1/11 and received on 9/11. Considering the order was a custom make, I am super impressed with the timing of shipping and also the quality of workmanship. I needed the order to arrive before the 11th for my husbands birthday and it came well before. I’ll definitely be a reoccurring customer. Thank you so much!
I got this for my partners 40th and he loves it. It was well made and crafted, engraving was prefect. Shipping was on time, package very well packed.
I bought the customised mini flasks for a toast to my husband at his funeral. It was a rush job for personalised favours as I didn’t have much notice. I placed my order late Monday afternoon (public holiday) I recieved an email back within hours. Tuesday i was finalising the order and it arrived ob Thursday. Unbelievable service and the end product was exactly what I wanted as a custom design.

order to arrive in Adelaide. I am now a very happy customer as they have turned my negative experience into a positive one. I now would not hesitate to use them again.
My previous negative review was as follows:- “. I ordered a set of personalised cutlery for my toddler grandson’s christening on the 23rd of July. I ordered and paid on the 1st July and constantly tracked the parcel through Aramex to be told each time that it was “in transit” from the Central Coast to Adelaide. The cutlery finally arrived on the 18th July and the personalisation which was his name on each piece of cutlery appears to be black stick on letters and not engraving. These letters will not last very long after washing the cutlery. Very disappointing service and disappointing cheap looking personalisation. Will certainly not use this company again”.
A double check of the proof would have been good – Ordered to arrive well in time for Father's Day, some scotch glasses for my husband from the 3 kids. The proof on the site showed the 3 names, and even the order notes showed the 3 names. On arrival and upon opening the items, my heart sank, one of the names was missing, on both glasses, well how?? with no response, so messaged the company through messenger, even then the reply was slow. Through messenger I asked for my email/complaint to be looked at asap. The email was very detailed and had photos attached as well as the order with order number which also showed the proof with the 3 names.
I was told I would have to wait and see what could be done, more waiting. I was eventually emailed that the items would be replaced and so sorry this happened.
I eventually got an email to say the items were on their way.
Father's Day is tomorrow and the items have not arrived. You would think express post would have been done?
The whole experience from start to finish, well, I can even say finish, as I still have no items, has been awful. Yes once I got communication, the issue seemed resolved and I appreciate that, but it could have been avoided if a simple double check, a proof was done and a proof sent to customer to check.
I was going to order off ebay, thought that would be easier, but wanted to support a local Aussie business, so gave this company a go, am starting to wonder if ebay would have been the better option now.
Now to wait and see when the items arrive and if the issue has been corrected, but that doesnt fix the issue that I have nothing though for the kids to give to their Dad for Father's Day, pretty bloody rotten. I would be very dubious to use this company again now.

what I ordered, that is not true, its much longer, close to 2 weeks.
Now when i ordered mine i got the please approve these for production photos, I did it, not once but twice! Even then I had to tell Jamie Duncan that she had to contact me regarding aproval on a product. It was then that I was informed that a product i ordered couldn't be done so I had to change what I ordered to something else, thats even with me triple checking with thier staff that I could do this... product knowledge is a valuable tool and if you don't know ask somebody that would like Jamie.
Pricing I found to be on the high side espcially for the products I ordered
Packaging left a lot to be desired, the foam peanuts should be on the top and the bottom not just the top. Ever heard of bubble wrap, that would be better. Oh and wipe down product 1 last time before packing it as mine had some sort of shavings/dust on it that could have scratched my acrylic.

Amazing quality; bought the watch box as a gift. The engraving was incredible, and the overall box felt really sturdy. Definitely would recommend buying and will be purchasing from here again.
