Do not be fooled by the $1 or "Free" offer or fake reviews . This site is using a deceptive Apple Pay Merchant Token (MPAN) exploit to bypass your iPhone’s subscription settings. After paying for a one-time report, they quietly set up a "Pre-authorized" recurring charge of $59.95 every 4 weeks. Because it is a Merchant Token, it DOES NOT show up… Read more

in your Apple ID Subscriptions, making it impossible to cancel through your phone settings.

To everyone else being charged: Locking your card is not enough. You must contact your bank and demand a "Token De-provisioning" and opt-out of the Visa/Mastercard Account Updater (VAU/ABU), or the charges will follow you to your new card. I have reported this to Scamwatch, the ACCC, and Zendesk for hosting their fraudulent support desk.

I paid 69 THB for a simple personality test. Seven days later, I was charged 995 THB for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. Yes, support told me it was “mentioned in the Terms of Service.” That is exactly the problem. Hiding automatic enrollment into an expensive recurring membership inside a wall of legal text is not transparency.… Read more

It is a deliberate design choice to catch people off guard. Normal, honest products show a clear price and a clear action, a visible button that tells you exactly what you are paying for. No surprises. No hidden enrollment.

This kind of setup feels deceptive and predatory. It relies on users not reading dense legal documents just to avoid being charged 10x what they intended to pay.

To their credit, they did refund me after I contacted support. But that does not excuse the underlying practice.

Be extremely careful using this service. What looks like a cheap one-time purchase can quietly turn into a recurring charge.

dishonest. took a "free" personality test and they ended up charging me a monthly subscription without any notice or email updates. it wasnt until I noticed my credit card charges 2 months later that they were doing so. misleading and scammy, don't do anything on their site or you will be charged.

Misleading and unacceptable. I purchased what was presented as a one-off personality test, only to later discover I had been enrolled into a recurring subscription without clear or transparent disclosure. Over £211 was taken from my account before I realised what was happening. When I contacted customer support, they hid behind their “terms of… Read more

service” and refused to issue a full refund, despite the subscription not being clearly communicated at purchase.

I’ve now had to escalate this to my bank as an unauthorised continuous payment.

Be extremely cautious before entering your payment details on this site.

a scam, very generic result reports and quite sneaky letting you do the whole test and then bringing up the payment as a condition

Paid $1.95 for a personality test in May 2025. Was charged $59.95 every four weeks for 11 months ($659.45 total) with no billing notifications or receipts. Never logged in after the initial test. Company refused full refund despite zero usage. Complaints lodged with ACCC and NSW Fair Trading

Avoid Their Scam-Tactics They offer a $2 test results and then slide in somewhere along the way that you're actually signing up for a $30/mo membership. I would not recommend using a company that this on their customers.

It’s a scam you take a what’s supposed to be free test( as advertised) or fun or because you simply are st^pid like me because they keep pushing their ads on you by google, and then they say you have to pay 1.95 pound to get the results and you just think oh it’s nothing specially after spending time answering all the questions and after a while… Read more

( almost 8 days) they take 30 pounds out of your account without you even knowing because you don’t think about it specifically when they say it’s just one time payment for the result to discover that you are a member and you have to pay I used Apple Pay and then suddenly 30 pounds came out of my bank after 8 days for this website and of course when you try to reach them you can’t in any possible way it’s a pure scam don’t fall for it and on their adv it says free test which again it’s a scam and misleading advertising to fool people and just get their money and their website suddenly get stuck on reactivate your membership after you discover that you are a member without a consent and all you can access is the payment page to reactivate your membership what a joke it makes me regret even using the internet

Scam website. The test reports they sell are useless (having arbitrary numeric values with no scale provided to reference off), and they claim to sell one-off tests for small amounts like $2, but then bill your card for much larger amounts on an ongoing basis afterwards.

I did a test online that was meant to free. Got to the end where it said to pay $1.95 and to put in details. So I did. Then never heard anymore so assumed it was a scam and I was ripped off. Wasn't to worried as it was only $1.95. 2 months later just before Christmas I noticed a $59 charge on my account. I then searched transactions and found that… Read more

I had 2 other charges for the same amount each month prior. I had no idea what it was for. Tried tracking it down and ended up finding a email that must of went to spam. It was a welcome email with the results from the test I did. The email also stated that I was signed up for a membership to the site and after 7 days would be charged $59 every month. I contacted them Strait away and explained that I wasn't aware I was agreeing to a membership. That I wanted to cancel and get a refund. That I never even accessed their website in the time frame. They said they would refund the last two payments but not the first one. That i agreed to it and the terms and conditions are no refunds after 30 days. I explained I wasn't aware I was agreeing to the membership and that I never saw the email, that it must of went to spam but they wouldn't listen. Kept saying the same thing. Said that it was clear about the membership. I went back on their website and you go through pages and there is nothing about the membership. Even the final part where you pay. If your on a mobile the button to submit payment is at the bottom of the screen. You would not know that there was fine print under it and you need to scroll down to see it. I even sent screenshots showing this and they still wouldn't listen and kept saying the same thing. That I could of went on their website and look up fees. I am like why would you do that when your advertising free tests. They are a scam site and I bet the only people that sign up to their st^pid membership are the ones that have been tricked into it like myself. I told them I would never of agreed to the membership. I can't afford to just waste $59 a month for some site that I would then not even access.

Pretty much the exact same story as other users. Long test, small initial fee, and $60 monthly subscription. What is even covered in this $60, it's not mentioned anywhere. I disputed the charge in my credit card and asked the company for a refund as well. Fingers crossed. Edit: I got my refund, the response was really quick.

Follow-up  · Yes I got all the refund The test was quite long, about 15mins of psychometric testing.

This company uses deceptive and scam-like billing practices. I paid for what appeared to be a one-time purchase of a personality test result. After receiving the report, I was silently enrolled in a subscription without my clear or informed consent. Any mention of a subscription was hidden in the lower part of a long welcome email, after the… Read more

product had already been delivered.

I never intended to subscribe, never used any membership features, and still got charged. This is a deliberate dark pattern designed to trap users into unwanted subscriptions.

Avoid this service. If you’re not extremely careful, you will be charged for something you never agreed to.

SCAM! They will ask for $2 for the report, and in the background sign up a $60 per month renewing 'subscription' which you only find out about when reviewing statements. Places like this should be prosecuted for theft but we know how this works unfortunately

If you decide to purchase anything from this company they will automatically subscribe you for $59 without your consent. Beware. The only reason I didn’t get scammed was because of my bank reacting in time. But they actions blocked my card
