Brought a part for my fridge, the part number had my fridge listed (otherwise I wouldn't have brought it) received it and it was not the correct part. Was told to send it back and then they would order the new one at no extra charge as that part was more expensive. the difference plus shipping to get it back to me. They told me the store over east that I asked them to price match did not have stock. I rang and they confirmed they do indeed have stock. I asked for a refund they said we don't do refunds our policy is at the bottom of the page. I couldn't find the returns policy at the bottom of the page as told, instead it was in a drop down menu not even in an appropriate location. They have since put the returns policy in its own category. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.

Item posted (express post) Friday 31/01/25 and arrived today 05/02/25.

This is not good customer service as evidenced in other reviews for this company. I’m sure it won’t worry them to have lost this customer for future orders.

Won't accept returns – To be fair the purchase of the part went well...speedy delivery and helpful staff. My frustration is the return policy. website about return policy but I got no response. I gave them a call only to be told that it was a change of mind situation and that the door seal I purchased was not popular (not according to forums...common fault) and the rubber has a limited shelf life. I now have a reasonably expensive part that I can't use. Not very happy!

Appliance Parts Masters – This team is great in getting to the bottom. I had no idea were my model number was located, they helped me find it, helped me locate the part I was looking for and the had it in stock.
