Pet ID Tags – I ordered pet ID tags from petidtags.com.au They arrived quickly, engraving was excellent. The quality of the tags is amazing. It's well worth the order. Well priced. They look great

Hugo Tag – Love our tag. 2 phone numbers, nice clear print and 6 months later is still nice and clear. Makes us feel safe knowing we can be contacted if he gets lost.

Very cute – The engraving is very clear and readable without having to touch it. 30mm tag is a good size for medium to large dog. The double sided carbiner is quite strong and sturdy.

Order not received, no replies from store – Order was sent on 31/12, still not received and no response to my emails or Facebook messages. Very disappointing, will be attempting a chargeback with my bank and wishing I'd paid with PayPal! stars for the quality of tag and that I actually received it, but it shouldn't have taken posting a public review to get a response.

Spend money for no products – Ordered on the 8th October. It is now 1 Nov and my order never arrived. Company isnt responding to emails or facebook messages. Paid extra for insurance. Unfortunately didnt pay through paypal. Avoid avoid avoid!

Broken within a month and uncontactable company – Ordered the pet id tag for my puppy. Paid extra for the secure clip. Lasted 3 weeks before breaking. Luckily we found it in the dog park but it’s unfixable. I have contacted petidtags 3 times over the past month and heard nothing.

Total waste of time – I ordered a tag for our dog, it arrived in reasonable time however contact details were incorrect (someone else’s details interstate). I emailed them with a photo and received no response. Fortunately I paid via Paypal so raised a dispute. After the obligatory time frame Paypal refunded. Products are great, customer service sucks! – Purchase two ID tags, one of which was the wrong colour. Tried to contact on numerous occasions via email and website contact form. No phone number listed to call. After over a month later, no contact from company. Very disappointed.

Was really excited for my order but it never turned up – Very disappointed that I ordered x 2 dog tags for my dogs months ago and after following up and having them apparently “resent” was further disappointed when they still didn’t show up. Will never be ordering from this website again as it was a huge let down.

Lightweight, good for small dogs – Nice and lightweight. Smaller size is good for tiny dogs who wear cat collars. I wish is was engraved instead of painted with the info. But a good price and nice colour selection Show reply

Perfect for our little Piper – I am thrilled with this tag I was drawn to the ad for these as our little Cavoodle is a chewer and I was worried that she would chew on a tag. We got the pink glitter with the bone and engraving on the other side. The link to attach it to her collar is also really solid and the actual tag is excellent quality. Highly recommend.

My Poodles love these pretty ID TAGS – These pet tags are sturdy and very attractive to have on my Poodles blingy collars.You may have notice I keep ordering more ?Thats because my little monsters keep losing their collars in the garden.

Not happy – Was disappointed as the ring that the tag came on wasn’t strong enough and we lost the tag. We went on a walk and when we got home the tag was gone and the ring was stretched so lost the tag.

Lovely sparkly pet tag – Looks great but the ring could've been better/easier to get on! Good choice of designs though and I'd buy again as it's good value for money. Bob the dog looks very fancy wearing it

Great service and super fast delivery – I made a typo on one of the tags I ordered and they contacted me to check before making the tags. I was really grateful. They arrived well packed and faster than expected.

Great Tags – The tag was bright and lightweight and had room for our pets name to be easily recognised as well as phone numbers , exactly what we wanted and at a great price.

ID tag loops – I have asked twice for smaller loops for 2 tags I bought but so far have not received any feedback. The tags themselves are lovely but I can't attach them to the collars as the loop is too big to fit through the opening at the top of the tag. It fits just on the single bit but then I can't attach it to the collar.

Pet ID Tags – I chose pink ID tags for my dog and I am very happy with them. Her name and contact numbers are very clear and easy to read, I’ll be ordering again thank you.

Good quality tags, honest service! – Love the crystal tag and stainless steel tags from Pet ID. I especially like the sturdy double ring they come with and the clips on offer. Efficient and helpful service as well.

It was perfect – All info fit in and the sizing wasn’t too big or small. It didn’t take much to arrive as well. Would definitely order again because my cats keep on losing their tags every now and then.

Good Quality Product – Have used this business a couple of times to purchase 2 x dog and a cat tag - with Name, Address and contacts. Very good quality and value for money. Delivery was very efficient.

I ordered a pet tag and only got the tag lock which costs me $6.50 but I paid $20.40 in total and never got the pet tag. Emailed their email address and never got any emails back. I have requested a quick delivery of my whole order or my money back which if course no one will reply to my emails. I just wasted my money on this fake company

Very disappointed – Cute harness however not supportive at all!!!! unless you dog is 3kg. Contacted customer support to return harness and still no response after weeks. Not worth the money and customer support disappointing.
