Dodgy Ordering System – Very dodgy ordering going on - didn't even action an order and it has been taken out of account. Be very careful with this site!! Suggest you don't go on there and view anything as same could happen to you.

Refused to deliver – Over four robo emails, Eisleigh gradually explained that they wouldn't accept my order. 1 they would not be held responsible for glass breakage. warned that unless I was home or I signed an authority to deliver, they may not be able to deliver. (?) 5 CANCELLED MY ORDER. There was a lot of moaning about delivering to apartments, complaining about Australia Post. Meanwhile, I receive at least two packages a week from other sellers, none of whom send five emails to check whether I'm home when I've stated I will be.

Efficient service – I was very happy with how quickly my order was processed and delivered, only took 2 days! I received the frames in excellent condition and the best part was how reasonable the prices were. So far, they are the only store I’ve found that sells A5 frames which I really needed.

Want to be Framed – Absolutely wonderful company. Ordered frames Wednesday, arrived Friday. A husband and wife company who provided an easy website, reasonable pricing, excellent packaging, speedy post and wonderful communication. For those hard to find frames I would highly recommend and use this company again.
