This is a high usage device consistently for the last 10 years. It has not shown any signs of deterioration. Still love the natural pic quality contrast etc etc. I only hope it is Chromecast compatible.

Great ..but is it obselete – Great TV .....Colour contrast sound has been fantastic,,,, But is there a USB Port so we can use things such as dongles tor Stan, Netflix movies......Can anyone advise how we can keep the TV and get those things

Brilliant quality pioneer plasma – We've had this plasma TV for over 6 years, and touch wood it is as good now as it was when we bought it. No wonder why they offered five year warranty. When it's built well it will last long. Does anyone know what the power consumption is like for this screen.

The Best – This plasma tv is no longer made as Pioneer got out of TVs I understand but this unit is surely the best plasma tv ever made. Deep blacks, amazing colours and sharp contrast right up to the edge of the screen. If it was still available I'd say don't bother with anything else but sadly I don't think you could find one so look for a good secondhand one. Quick start-up, quality of picture and sound. Nothing

whatsoever. The build quality, picture and sound quality are second to none. I have worked with plasma displays extensively over the years, and this unit is still to this day the Rolls Royce of plasma displays! I have not seen an LCD that coils even compare. Plenty of useable ports and great functionality. Five year "complete" manufactures warranty is unheard of in today's market - not that I have ever needed it. If you can pick one up second hand, do so!!! I would be happy to pay up to five grand for a good one. Pioneer has not compromised in any area of production and design. Best plasma panel that has ever been on the market!!!

Excellent – You do get what you pay for. The picture, sound, overall quality, warranty are excellent. Everybody who sees it says its the best they've seen. The detail, blacks and colour in the screen are excellent. Makes the tv viewing experience much better. Just wished they still made them. Good – Its a clear and crisp panel with the best image quality I've ever seen on a plasma. My only quibble is a bit of noise from the back panel. Occasionally (rarely - maybe 3 times per year) I've had no sound which was sorted by turning the unit off & on again. Expensive (but worth it)

Good – I am not sure yet, if this repair is covered I will be very happy to recommend this product, anyway my situation is unique, who will buy a 5000 dollar tv and move to Europe, maybe this Tv is so good that at that stage I was not going to sell it, no regrets about that, do not ask me about the move......yeah what was I thinking. number 1. i purchased this tv in 2007,until now had no problems,in the meantime moved to Croatia from Adelaide.Now I wish I can beam my TV and myself back to OZ for my tv to be fixed.After second to none performance of this tv today I got a black 1 inch line going horizontally ,after that the tv switched of and I am getting a red warning blink.6 blinks in total something to do with the power.TV keeps cutting of. Mailed Pioneer Australia hoping for the best as I have a 5 year warranty,but is it world wide? I hope so. The closest service is in Zagreb and I am in Dubrovnik, 7 hour drive at least, bummer. Interested to see what will Pioneer Australia say on Monday. Nothing so far

Good strong swivvel base.

Screen display is equally impressive during day-time and at night-time. Lots of input ports and jacks. When teamed-up with a Sony Playstation 3, the High Definition results are amazing.

Pioneer provide free at-home installation. Nothing whatsover, probably the worst thing is that these remarkable units are no longer available on the Australian market.

Excellent – Fantastic, cant fault it, if you can find one second hand, grab it, you wont be dissapointed! plasma but wont be the last. Just a terrible shame the Pioneer are pulling out of plasma tv's. They set the bench mark that others had to follow. I hope they reconsider. And last but not least, it does well as a heater in winter lol :-), it pumps out the heat! only on thing, for some reason you can turn off input 3 which is one of the HDMI ports, it's the only one that can be turned off. Why o why did they invent this function??? It caught me out as i thought i had a dud port, I called Pioneer, luckly the guy on the phone had some knowledge of the product and talked me through how to turn it on.

Excellent – Talked my husband into spending the extra and buying this one, he thanks me regularly, I have not seen a better picture. All I read about this set is true it also won best plasma two years in a row in European awards. Everything, great TV, Brilliant picture, sound, warranty,

Good – I paid a little more than I intended to for a Plasma but I believe this screen to be superior to any competitor in its price range. From day one it has operated faultlessly and is a delight to use. leave you alone it's a great buy don't have kids if you want to watch it. the light from windows can reflect off the black high gloss trim which can be destructing even down lights can reflect off the trim

Excellent – nothing else stacks up........when you consider delivery & a 5 yr warranty is included.....it's not that much dearer than lesser plasmas...........well worth going the extra mile i didnt buy it sooner

Excellent – this Tv is fantastic, the picture is great, colours are realistic and the 5 year warranty and free installation and delivery just tops it off. A bit more expensive than other brands but well worth it! crystal clear picture, very easy to use, the best quality plasma on the market
