Everything as promised – From the first moment, I knew I could trust Jonathon and Pioneer Shade structures. I thought it would be a tricky car port to build as it was 8m long, 4m wide, 3.1m high and cantilevered!!! It was engineered and built very quickly and blends in perfectly. It actually needs to be pointed out for anyone to notice it and then everyone is impressed. Good value and perfect service. A rare occurrence nowadays

Great product, excellent service. Would use again! – I have now had Pioneer Shades construct two awnings for me. The first over a large pergola area; the second, 18 months later, was a car port. 2. Their workmen are very considerate, polite and clean up after themselves. 3. Their communication is excellent, and they adhere to providing a contract and adequate information. 4. They have been pleasant to deal with when changes need to be put in place. On both installations Pioneer Shades have been considerate of my timing and adjusted their normal schedule to fit in with my requirements, such as to fit in electricians, gardens, wall repairs, driveways concreting contractors etc. 5. The other trades they have recommended (glass pool fencing and driveway Concreter) have also been easy, pleasant, efficient and helpful. Both companies have done a very good job. It makes Pioneers recommendations trustworthy. 6. Materials- I was sceptical about the material used on the pergola roof, particularly if it would stain, and in the first week of course it was stained by flying bats ( flight path from Parramatta Park), however amazingly once it rained the guano (bat poo) which is a horrid staining substance magically washed off. It doesn’t else where - paths , bricks etc.

Overall I have nothing but good things to say about Pioneer Shades. Their awning constructions are functional, provide good shade, are rain proof, look modern and are very sturdy. Everyone says how good the Pioneer Shade Awnings look. It is worth the extra cost to get something that is guaranteed for so long and looks great.

Fantastic product, sensational service – The service was second to none, they were extremely polite, punctual and easy going and could not do enough for the customer. This is perfect! can't live without it! – Amazing shade/pergolas...aesthetically and structurally!!
