Pioneer VSX-S300 / VSX-S500

Terrible Product – They had these on sale over Christmas a few years back. I got one and the HDMI output would randomly go black. I got it replaced and the replacement had a constant background noise from the rear speakers. I got another replacement and the subwoofer output would randomly turn off during movies. By far the worst product I've purchased in living memory. In contract, I bought a Yamaha receiver to replace it, which has been rock solid for three years now. No redeeming features Original item and two replacements didn't work.
