Pioneer Water Tanks

Ants wreck 4yr old liner “apparently”-NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY – Leak in 4yr old tank 250,000L, pioneer comes looks, repairs tiny pinholes. Informed not covered by warranty and bills us over $2000 for repair. Informs us best action to replace entire liner- $7000+, but won’t be covered by warranty. I would NEVER buy a liner tank again. Should of gone poly! Very poor customer service……..will not ever buy anything pioneer again.

Good Concept, Good Tank. Rotten customer service – I paid the deposit on my 110000 water tank at least 6 months before the installation was supposed to happen. Got delay after delay for installation and had to pay extra rent because I couldn't move into my house. The tank was fitted with plastic fittings even though I am in bushfire prone area. and it showed in the lack lustre installation. Now after a few years my inferior/faulty plastic leaf catcher has completely deteriorated. They are charging me just under $100.00 for a new one. The only reason I am buying one from them is because others that I found did not fit. Planned? I don't know but it's suspicious. As a result I will never again recommend Pioneer and will tell everyone in my area about my experience. Having built one of a few new houses in a small country town every new resident asks about who I used for what and what their service was like. At least two that I know of will be using another supplier for their tanks and counting.

Super helpful! – Great information about options. Reliable, efficient and friendly. The pre-installation data sheet very helpful and made the install easy and quick!

Best tanks, our third one – Very happy with Pioneer Water Tanks. The tank dealer and installer are very efficient, built the tank in less then a day. We recently had our third one installed on our property. They hold a great quantity of water, they always look clean, unlike the plastic tanks. Water quality is excellent.

Perfect for us – After fire destroyed our tank we chose Pioneer After seeing how good it was on another property in a different state. The South Australian team was very efficient and professional, despite hold-ups due to the effects of Covid. We are extremely happy with the tank. just wish we had had more rain

Top customer service, tanks and installers – We had the fires in Gidgegannup destroy our tanks. Even though there was a huge demand for tanks being replaced the Pioneer Water Tank dealer in Muchea was extremely supportive. The ordering process was easy abs efficient and both lots of installers top notch.

A great addition to our water scheme – Everybody I dealt with on the way to getting the tank installed were very helpful and professional. The finished tank looks great.

Solid performance – The crew arrived when they said they would and finished within a day. The finished job looked good. I can't comment too much because NSW is in lockdown and I am in Queensland waiting for the border to open so that I can visit the new home again.

Exactly what we needed – Have purchased numerous tanks, and never had a issue. Installers do a great job and never leave a mess to clean up, and cost effective.

costly erosion with heavy winter rain forecast in 3 days from installation. My tank is now full from the install on the 7th May very happy & would highly recommending the Tankman & Pioneer tanks. Damon Laurie 12th July 2021

Good quality tank, helpful sales and installation people – We had a look at Pioneer, and a couple of competitive tanks, all looked good, and similarly priced. The difference we found was the responsive service, no problems about ordering a lesser popular Colourbond shade, and the flexibility between the sales and installer dates. Very good experience, and the end product looks good, and functioning properly.

of this we were delayed with installation as our property had to be dry for trucks and trades to be able to enter the area of the new tank, the team from civcon keep in contact with us and we’re here to install on the day at the time as promised. The team installing were fantastic (hit by a nasty storm not long before they were finished) but they did a great job and tank looks fantastic! Would highly recommend!

if there is nearby trees, however the little plastic inlets on the Pioneer whilst not collecting every drop, do not collect twigs and leaves. I believe extra plastic holes would be great to get more water into the tank.

Asset to property – Chris from Gobarup put in a 280000 litre tank I payed the deposit missed everything else got home in the truck the tank was up and payed for and looks very nice and well done a great asset to the property.

So far so good GT60 – Did a lot of research prior to settling on a Pioneer tank. A few hiccups with delivery and getting it all together in the one place but eventually finished and seems to be doing the job and certainly looks good.
