Not Fit for purpose – There were no assembly instructions in the kit. I was able to find some on the internet that referred to the parts in alpha or numeric terms, but no identification on the parts, so it was a very frustrating slow build. Several items needed an engineering trim with a Stanley knife so the plastics could click together. The term lockable in description is technically correct but it would take less than 15 seconds to break into it if you did use a padlock. Without a padlock the door can sometimes open on its own. If you are after quality don’t buy this product

Hi Paul I would like to apologise for the negative experience you have had with this product. I would like to further discuss this issue and would also love to see what I can do amend your opinion on us!

We do offer an After Sales Support which can be reached out on support@mytopia.com.au which you can contact if you have any trouble.

I unfortunately cannot see any communication with us regarding the issue of the manual for assembly, however, if you could get back to us on the email supplied above I would love to help out and assist.

Very poor quality product – I purchased two of these cabinets to free garage storage space from garden tools and garden items, as my home has no garden shed. The smaller cabinet is 91cm in height, and costing $95 delivered, I felt it was good value. I knew it had to be assembled, however, I am no stranger to assembling furniture and cupboards, so felt quite confident. However, on arrival, I found the assembly instructions very poor indeed, the pictures and text were so small, it was almost impossible to discern the difference between many of the components, while the instructions themselves were very sketchy, leaving the assembler to second guess many of the intricate portions of the assembly. Getting it wrong will lead to the breaking of some of the components, as the entire storage cabinet is made from plastic. After assembly, the cabinet remained 'flimsy', the centre door catches on the doors will not hold the door closed against the gentlest of breezes. Although advertised as "secure" the slightest of attempts to open the cabinet when locked will cause either one or both doors to leave its hinges. Also, while advertised as "weatherproof", there are plenty of areas on the cabinet both above and below that permit the ingress of water, when exposed to any precipitation. The second cabinet I purchased was the 172cm cabinet (which is basically two 91cm cabinets, one on top of the other). Costing $142, the same problems as above, only magnified due to the double height. I am unable to recommend the Plantcraft outdoor cabinets as good value - in reflection, I would have paid more for something of reasonable quality.
