I bought the strapless version for under a mother of the bride formal dress. What absolute garbage. Instead of smoothing and shaping it wrinkled, rolled and flattened. No refund available either. What a waste of money!

Doesn't fit based on body size guidelines and no refunds – Purchased Plie Emana Body which is shapewear which claims to "perfectly shape your breasts" amongst other things. Chose correct size based on body measurements and Plie size guide. Product does not fit so returned it. Totally flattens breasts. Supposedly has "pre-shaped" area for breasts, but impossible to use this and avoid substantial spillage over the top and sides. Plie refused refund and only offers credit note as terms and conditions changed from when I first selected it (which was based on a full refund if size didn't fit) to new terms of absolutely no refunds due to Black Friday sale. Do not waste your money when you are stuck either with useless product and out of pocket, or in my case, no product nor a refund even though it I bought the right size based on their claims and advertising. Completely false advertising as the product should have fit me with my measurements and selected size.

While the Emana Body is designed with a pre-shaped bust area, breast shape, fullness, and torso length can affect how it fits. Flattening or spillage can sometimes indicate that a different size or style may be more suitable.
We often recommend the Emana Body Braless, which provides more flexibility and allows you to wear your own bra for better lift and shape. Many customers with fuller busts find this option more comfortable and supportive.
Regarding refunds, as your purchase was made during our Black Friday promotion, sale items were eligible for store credit only as outlined in our policy at checkout. We understand this can be disappointing, but those terms apply to promotional purchases.

I will never purchase from Plie again. Everything else on the website stated full refunds were available and I bought after reading those terms. Changing the refund policy due to items being in a sale and only mentioning the change at checkout is totally unacceptable and unconscionable conduct. I don't read refund policy a second time when I have already read that there is a policy of full refunds if they don't fit. Who would? It's misleading. Shame on you.
