Kids love it! – We bought a slide/swing set for our daughters. Our eldest loves it. It is great to see her build her confidence on the ladder and learn to use the swing (she is 2.5yrs old). Communication with the company has been great, they are quick to respond and the customer service is top notch.

Dredfull company. Highly recomend no one deals with them – All of these comments are valid. Untrustworthy, unreliable dodgy. The worst experience I've ever had. Really wish I read these comments before engaging with these guys. Feel sorry for the Filipino call centre that have to deal with the calls. Don't know what else to do... never been here before.... progress with the small claims tribunals?.... Try to contact the management/ directors of Plum Play Australia?

promised to resolve issue however am yet to receive anything and have anything resolved. They are impossible to contact and never get back to any email or phone call even though 3 staff have confirmed the product was faulty they are a disgusting and disgraceful company to deal with if there is an issue with the product. They think apologizing is enough but do your job and fix your dangerous product and fault issues. I could not be less impressed. Absolute waste of our hard earned 1k!

who have closed their telephone line and stated to contact via email. No email response, team replied on Facebook messenger we are working on your enquiry and we will get back to you. Still yet to be contacted. I too never leave reviews but had to leave this one as I really hope another family doesn’t go through what we’ve been through. We spent the money thinking it would last us years and looks like our boy won’t even get one play on it.

In places very rough sawn timber with large splinters and cracks that require lots of sanding before children can use it

I politely contacted plum support with the issue above and offered to source local parts to have it built before XMAS but things quickly turned sour as any non Plum item will void their delicate warranty. They tow the line of "We are here to resolve your issues" but constantly rebut every type of issue with with robotic "Our European timber is vigorously safety tested" and "cracks and splits are totally normal" responses. There is no admission or acknowledgement that they product shipped is poorly made and no concern that it will not be resolved before XMAS citing warehouse delays of 2-10 days as every part is "hand picked" Seriously what? every screw hand picked? Who would have thought a non plum screw would void a warranty.

I never bother leaving internet reviews before but the arrogance of this company to make no effort or admission that they shipped a poor quality product with obvious issues (missing parts, damaged structural beam, junk fasteners) or take any actual real world steps to rectify it save for constantly giving me copy/paste responses about their vigorously tested timber is abhorrent.

Looks like the kids will get SFA Christmas day and I'm $1k down. :thumbsup: Plum!

Agree with above comment – Looks great but instructions were poorly written and hard to follow bolts didnt line up structurally terrible and unsafe very unimpressed considering it wasn't cheap the swings are unusable even though there cemented in the whole thing twists when you try swing it's a matter of days were that arm is just gonna snap off ours isn't even a year old and it's not far off the tip will not recommend this product to anyone.

The production of the product is terrible with pre-drilled holes not lining up correctly, particularly the holes made in the sides of the ladder for the rungs to slot into. They were too small for the rungs to fit in and had to be drilled out to be able to construct the ladder... an integral part of the playset.

Many of the screws are too short to effectively hold parts of it together, especially the railing on the tower that ensures children cannot fall off the side. When constructed following the instructions and using the scews provided it only took a small push for the whole thing to fall apart as the provided screws were not long enough to construct it safely. It would easily have broken had a small child leaned on it, which is worrying as it is set on a part of the tower that is over a metre off the ground. Very unsafe.

My husband is a carpenter so was able to improvise, and he obviously has the additional tools to fit areas that were lacking, but for someone with no carpentry skills or equipment I would presume you would have a lot of problems constructing the product, or end up with something unsafe for children to play on.

It is a fair amount cheaper than some of the other playsets out there (and I cannot comment on their quality, they may be just as bad!) but I wouldn't recommend purchasing this if you don't have any carpentry skills/equipment, or know someone with skills and equipment to put it together properly and ensure that it's safe for your kids.
