for a replacement "ceramic disc tap insert". They must be still searching because I have had no response from them in about a month. As a last resort, I started searching the internet and came across plumbingsales.coma.u. I sent a photo of my taps and the "ceramic disc tap insert" beside a tape measure. I was contacted by a very friendly and knowledgeable man who told me that they were awaiting a new supply of the inserts and it was for a Dorf tap exclusive to Reece. They emailed me back the model number, I ordered on-line and I have just successfully installed it. I could not be happier with plumbingsales.com.au The alternative would have been to replaced four taps, so that they would all look the same.
