I am so disappointed in this company. A friend showed me her container with labels and because of the labels I ordered 2 cases. The cases arrived - the labels did not and here is where the trouble started. I sent a message through their contact us area twice to no avail. No acknowledgement or answer of any sort. I eventually found the Melbourne phone number they have listed on the site - “can not be connected recording”!! So basically there is no way of contacting them. The containers are far more expensive than most and I presumed this was worth it because of the labels but not if you don’t get them. I will update this post if they ever get back to me but it is not looking good at this time.
Follow-up · Problem of the missing labels finally solved. No thanks to the company. I never heard from them. A friend who already had one advised that you have to download the labels. She advised where to find them and I now have labels. Is a great product - just their customer service and support is totally nonexistent.
Love the product, have use 1 set daily for over a year and have just order another set, that recently arrived. I can fit my 7 daily medicines in each of the 6 medium sections and 10 panadol in the large section.

Product does not match the price point or expectations. Flimsy folded plastic hinge Cheap, misspelled packaging You need to remove the waterproof seal to fill the spaces, by removing the entire lids. This design will not last long with regular use. Definitely not for daily medications. Pro version is made with shiny slippery plastic which is not easy to handle and came covered in scratches. When asking for the 30 day trial refund, told that the cost of shipping back to the overseas warehouse is very expensive and was instead offered a 30% partial refund. They also sent me two more pill boxes. The quality of the new items matched the first.
