3 years and still waiting for a replacement – Costs so much, works for 3 months and then stops. It has been 3 years and still waiting for a replacement of refund. There is no support, no warranty, don’t risk your money and just buy a reputable brand from the shops instead.

Love this toothbrush – Been using the brush and water flosser for a couple of months and I’m very happy. Easy to travel with, cleanest my teeth have ever been and no damage to my gums. I also like the look of it.

Here is the update with the new owners, who are gradually working their way through the customer list and reaching out to those customers previously affected by faulty brushes, and offering replacements after verifying the faulty brush.

The new owners reached out to me in February 2024 after seeing my review on this website, and the frustrations that I had experienced with my previous faulty Pomabrush. They had organized for Australia Post to pick up my faulty brush, but when there were issues with Austraila Post, I had a personal visit from the new owner on a Saturday morning, who had driven 1 hour to my home to deliver a brand new Pomabrush and pick up the faulty one for testing! What an incredible turn-around! Francois has changed my whole perception of the company, with the company now based in Melbourne, and will be designing their own future iterations of their product range, so there will be better control of quality and rectifying any previous faults.

My suggestion to everyone is, if you have previously been affected and had a negative experience, reach out to the new owners, Pomadent Australia, so that they rectify the issues and provide the quality customer service that we expect for a premium product. For any new potential customers, this is a premium product with excellent customer service, based in Victoria, Australia, so if you have any issues, just reach out to them and they will help you with it. I am not being paid anything for this updated product review. I am just wanting to update everyone on the new owners and the excellent service that they now provide, and being responsive to any concerns raised. The product is a great product, easy to use, convenient for travelling, a premium product for a great lifestyle change.

Below is what I wrote last year, so you can see where I was at before the improved customer service from the new owners and new company.

The product is great when it works. Mine suddenly stopped working last year, and I contacted customer service in early September 2022. I have sent so many emails to them (including videos as they requested), and they finally sent an email back to me in February 2023, saying that they'll replace it, but no other emails have been received since then, even after I have sent emails to them asking for a response. Non-existent customer service and a lot of wasted money and time. Not happy.

Waiting a year for replacement – Everything what has been said in other reviews is true. I’ve been waiting over 12 months for my replacement, l’ve sent over 10 emails and got an automated response giving me a ticket item. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT Your product arrives and if it fails that’s it.

flagged the issue with Pomabrush support and was asked to provide information and a video clip all of which I did. I was informed I will be receiving a replacement brush based on the two year warranty. This was over 4 months ago and I’m still waiting. Whenever I inquire I get the response that they’re experiencing shipping issues etc but why am I getting Pomabrush offers then and am receiving all other products I am ordering? Update: In the meantime I have received the replacement brush and am happy to report that my faith in Pomabrush has thus been restored.

FRAUD – If you want to donate hundreds of dollars to China well then this is perfect for you. After 4 months of telling me the warehouse has delays I have requested a refund. 2 months later im still waiting for money. Maybe my children will one day suddenly get the refund after I passed.

Don’t risk buying from pomabrush they are a scam company – Never take a chance on pomabrush. Mine worked for 9 months and After weeks of messaging them on insta they told me to email them. send me a new brush!!! They just don’t want to do it. They are ignoring my insta messages now. You have been warned - they are not trustworthy. They will probably reply to this review telling me they are sorry to hear this and I should email them! To an address that bounces back! Their customer service person is Martha, this has been going on for months. Pathetic. It’s an expensive mistake.

back to me in 24 hrs…a week ago. - I contacted them through Facebook (which claims they respond in a a few mins) no reply. - I tried contacting some employees listed on Linkedin, no reply.

It appears to be a complete scam so I’m lodging a case to the ombudsman and consumer affairs.

that such a simple choice for the order picker gets messed up? After numerous emails I was advised to return the black brush (I hung onto the white clip) for an exchange and I'd be reimbursed for the shipping cost. Here I am, at least four months into this saga and no brush. No response from "customer support", or several days coming. What an extraordinarily bad way to maintain customer relations.

deliver 3 times (but strangely they never left a delivery note), UPS says it advised POMA that they had not been able to deliver and if they should send it back to POMA at a cost, POMA never replied to UPS, UPS now claims they destroyed the package since they cannot hold the packages in storage.

The client is the one who suffers the consequences. I strongly agree with others that this is a company based on fraud/scam. My advise is that you DO NOT order any items from this company. Besides, it is not proven that silicone performs a better clean on your teeth. When you search for the best toothbrushes, POMA never comes up. I have contacted the founder of POMA, [Name Removed] on Linkedin. He never replied. I will now contact [Name Removed] to see if he at least has the decency of replying.

more than a year ago on time, but despite several approaches over 12 months, they haven't shipped the second one although they acknowledge I am owed a brush. Ironically I keep getting advertising material to buy more brushes and accessories, and automatically generated customer satisfaction surveys. May 2022 update: Still promises but no Pomabrush. The battery is now dead in the brush I did receive.

Bad customer experience – Ordered a PomaBrush in July. Still haven't received it yet. Emailed them multiple times to follow up, and always received vague replies regarding timelines and delays. Asked for a cancellation and refund, but the team refuse to give a refund and have now stopped replying to all of my emails. I do not recommend.

Fraud on Refund Policy, Product is worse than using a finger – Their refund policy is non-existence, as soon as you ask for the refund based on their advertised refund policy. They stop all communications and leave you hanging. DO NOT FALL into the same trap as I did. The reviews about their product are mostly paid influencers, and the reason I wanted the refund because it doesn't brush my teeth properly, worse than using my fingers.
