Ordered a cake topper and paid for express delivery and the order never arrived. I chased twice by email, no response. 2 weeks later, after my event I received an automated email saying my order is cancelled and refunded. No explanation or apology. Don’t use this company- they are a scam.
DO NOT order from them. We ordered a cake topper and a sign for our wedding. We followed up with them three times because the order was not arriving, and they didn't give us any information. They CANCELLED the order TWO DAYS BEFORE my wedding. A real bride's nightmare.

Ordered a cake topper and personalised 3d wedding sign. To be fair the cake topper is exactly as ordered and looks great. The wedding sign was incorrect. Ordered a whote sign with black writing and received a black sign with white writing. No response to contact through email or the contact page on the website. Absolutely poor form given the cost.. anything - not realising that I couldn't trust what was written on the front page about the 24 hour turn around, but it takes a week, which I have since learned. I emailed them asking them about the progress of my topper. I heard nothing back.
By Thursday I had nothing so I bought a cheapy from a department store as a backup. Good thing I did. They posted my topper at 11pm on Friday, 4/10.
I have since received it and its a lovely product, shame I didn't have it for my party.

stem broke off immediately. I had to use superglue to fix it, which was quite disappointing. Overall, while the design was satisfactory, the issues with delivery and the fragility of the product were concerning.

Got a email today August 10th 2025 to say how was your last order which was order and paid for on July 20th 2025, what order I never received my order never got emails to say that my order had been posted, I sent a complaint to Paypal hopefully I can get my money back.

Ordered a baby shower sign on the 15th of July, no update, followed up and still not response. I have still not received it and no response from the company. Very disappointing how these companies scam you, I would trust this place and would not buy again.
I had a last minute unique cake topper order. I ordered on a Sunday. Paid express and requested delivery no than the Thursday that week. Although they did not respond to my follow up email on the Monday, my order arrived on the Thursday ☺️ packaged well and excellent quality.

I strongly recommend that you not use this company. My cake topper was not sent as ordered. I ordered my daughter's name & '21st', and received an 18th birthday topper with her name. PoshToppers have not responded to either of my emails asking for a new one to be sent by express post, and have not responded regarding a refund either.

don’t have my order. I’m not one to complain but this is quite possibly the worst online experience I have had. I ended up downloading an editable sign on Etsy and printing it at officeworks for the same price. I wish I read the reviews prior. If this were my business I’d be embarrassed.

Not impressed – The website promised to have a cake topper out with express post days after the order. It was only sent out less than a week before my wedding when I chased it up. It arrived three days after my wedding. My emails and complaints were ignored. Not impressed.
Disappointed and frustrated! – Ordered a personalised welcome sign for a baby shower I was organising and the delivery was so late I was unable to use it. Thank you – I was extremely happy with the two cake topper products I ordered and the quick service provided. Ordered Thursday morning and received both by midday Friday morning. They were also packaged very well to ensure they were protected from damage.

Express took 6 days to dispatch – Don’t order the express service from these guys. First off you are limited in what you can choose and then even though they say it will be sent the next day which is stated very clearly on their express page it still takes them 5 days to dispatch. Cool name plaque – I ordered a name plaque for a male’s birthday cake, had it made a little larger which was no problem for posh toppers. I’ve ordered fro here twice. Reputable company – Communication could be better but in the end they redeemed themselves and were helpful to getting my order to me in time for my wedding.
