PowerTower Home Charging Station

Waiting for my PowerTower – We placed an order via 'Powertower' website on 6th October 2021 and I have not received my Powertower, nor can I contact this company on any of their published contact details. The money has been taken from my account so I am out of pocket $329.00. So buyers beware!!!! I feel this company may have shut down but I can't be sure because I can not speak or communicate with anyone to resolve my issues. I have had no response to their Live Chat, email, and their 1300 number just redirects me to their Chat or email.Not happy! Rating -5

Far out-classes its competitors - modern contemporary, slimline design! – This unit is awesome - its slim, low, almost flush to bench top design will fit ANY kitchen. We searched high and low for a popup power outlet before stumbling upon the PowerTower. It will be going in our brand new island bench with waterfall ends - and we simply did not want any clunky looking traditional power points or outdated ugly popups (such as the likes of those made by Haffele etc).

Furthermore, the customer service we received from Gabe at PowerTower was second to NONE - to the point that I received a unit with a VERY MINOR paint defect which i mentioned to Gabe - upon which he insisted that I return the unit (COD) and have it replaced.

Both times the units were shipped in record times - receiving them but days after placing the order then again after speaking with Gabe - in fact the unit was received the day after I send the first one back - so Gabe had posted the replacement the day we spoke - without waiting for the first one to be returned even!

I can assure you that you will have zero regrets purchasing this popup power point - and it has 2 USB charging points built in too!

If it were allowed here, i would post the link to the website as I would happily "advertise" on behalf of PowerTower and Gabe - but a simple Google search for this product name will get you there! ;)

Kitchen Perfect! – We have just renovated our home including our completely replacing the old worn-out kitchen with a gleaming new one that includes a large island bench-top. The island is the centre of our home, where we cook, eat and even do the odd bit of work on my laptop. Having a way to power all our kitchen appliances, phones etc was essential but we couldn't find anything that would do the job and maintain the beautiful clean modern look we were going for. Traditional power outlets are not what I was after.

Then my wife was scanning through The Kitchen Yearbook magazine and found the Power Tower.

It's was exactly what we were after, sleek and stowed flush with the benchtop. It even has 2 USB charging points so I could plug my phone in directly without using a big ugly adapter or taking up one of the standard power sockets.

We bought one straight away from the website and it was delivered within days.

Our tradesman had no trouble installing the Power Tower and all our friends think it looks great.

I can't believe they aren't standard on all kitchen islands. Gone are the days of plugging my laptop into the wall and running a cable across the floor to the island just so I can do a bit of work.

The Power Tower is a must-have item. Great looks, stows away, USB charging and standard power sockets
