My new main source for grading I have graded near 40 cards so far with PCG with another order in the works and have been nothing but happy with their service. Fast turn around with great looking slabs and amazing metal labels that really pop on display. Great to see a local Australian grader available that is an international name with branches… Read more
across Australia, New Zealand, USA and more branches planned to open across Asia. The fact they also have done videos on their grading process along with doing on floor grading in the open at events is more then enough to have my full confidence just on their transparency alone.
Updated review: After having no issue with PCG and deciding to leave a 5 star review, I have since had multiple bad experiences. First, one of the slabs arrived with the inner sleeve damaged. Not sure how that passes a quality check, but I sent it back and had it resolved. Second, two cards have the complete wrong labels. The ceo (or whatever)… Read more
was so incapable of doing the job properly that he couldn't tell what was wrong even after being shown.
Third, they messed up two cards names, one was just incorrectly input online (why is whats on the card and whats on the site not just the same thing???) and another where they put the wrong word as a stamp was partially not done properly. Though I put the right information on my submission and you could discern what the right word was, if you just used your brain.
Lastly, they have this weird obsession with AI. It's so insanely st^pid to be in the business of grading real artists work, and then just use AI for no real valuable reason. And if you're critical of their AI usage, the CEO (or whatever, again) own family and friends will come try to insult you.
Absolutely pathetic.
Ive done 80 cards with these guys and i literally couldnt rate these guys any higher, ive have DBZ, pokemon and a shitload of one piece done and they were amazing every step of the way, responive, constant updates, good prices, best looking slabs and boxes for those gold lables. I refuse to use anyone other than them!!!! You wont regret it. Review… Read more
from a guy in WA while they are based in NSW so deff not a employee or owner hahaha
EDIT: Hey guy's up to 170 slabs with them and my comment still stands. I will say they are very strict on grades but thatz what we are paying for ACCURATE grades i dont want to buy/trade for a slab 10 that isnt really a 10 but with PCG i have the confidence.
I had no problems. Cards were not damaged at all. Came back the exact same way I sent them. I was very meticulous with how I sent them and knew exactly how my cards looked before sending. Process was easy. Nice website and slab. Nice packaging. Very happy with this company. Thank you.

PCG damaged my mint cards and returned them with lower grades – Three Pokemon cards which I sent in mint condition to be assessed, graded and encapsulated were in perfect condition. I received the cards back with damaged corners resulting in a grade of 9. With only 2 grades higher and a significant difference in value from 9-10 (grade 9=$389-grade 10=$8170). A friend of mine sold 15+ of these same cards to an… Read more
associated card store a month earlier. My cards were damaged to ensure the population of these cards in perfect 10 condition remains very low and limited to the associated card store. When I purchased the service, I did so because the website claimed to video the initial unboxing of my parcel and assessment of my cards. If they actually did what they promised and filmed this, it would prove the cards arrived in mint condition and they damaged the cards themselves. He argued this was usual damage for cards of this age, to which I replied with photos of the cards from the same year which I received the same time as the graded cards(2 weeks before submitting), showing perfect corners and edges. This video may exist but when I asked to see it(as the site states I have the right to request) I was told they don't video cards unboxing and assessment. In later emails their grading manager told me they do have the video and demanded to see my photos of the undamaged cards. Which I replied I will show him after he supplies the requested video. Which he has chosen to stop responding to my emails and dismiss my concerns completely. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR GRADING OF YOUR EXPENSIVE CARDS..! Cos you never know, they might just have that same card in storage. Pretty likely and if they do, prepare for a 9 at best. Very dishonest, rude and after googling the grading managers name, he is in and out of the court system regularly.
AS I CANT GET A RESPONSE OR REMEDY, IVE ADDED 1 OF THE 12 PHOTOS I TOOK MINUTES BEFORE SENDING THESE CARDS TO PCG TO BE GRADED.
MESSAGES I HAVE RECEIVED SINCE POSTING THIS REVIEW, CONFIRM MY CASE IS NOT UNCOMMON FOR PCG AND I AM DEFINITELY NOT THEIR FIRST VICTIM.
Great to see since adding my review(the first for the company) a staff member has been kind enough… Read more (+1 reply)
