Prestige Hand Car Wash

BEWARE OF PRESTIGE CAR WASH NORTH MELBOURNE. I took the car to prestige North Melbourne. What a joke, I asked for a prestige car wash which includes wax and the whole works. He tried to push a detail on me even though the car is still fairly knew. I'm like I just want to see if your as good as it says. Let me tell you I should of know that when I went there earlier in the morning and I seen them using dirty worn out rags I should of stopped them there. Absolutely filthy the car is worse then when I got it scratches all over it. The so called tyre shine didn't Evan last the evening the car wasn't vacuumed or wash properly.The mats were drenched in water thrown back on the carpet they didn't vacuum propley had to pull over and take the mats out and dry them that's when I seen under the mats the car was not vacuumed propley. The windows are all smuged. On top of that the so called wax is not really a wax was dirty the next morning. I paid alot of money for the dodgest wash of my life. If I wanted to wash the car with dirty microfiber cloths and $2 sponges I would have rather taken it to a drive thru car wash. Was planning on tinting my windows there AND get a detail in the definitely won't be going back. They done that so you go back and get a detail.

Great dent repair service – I had a dent in the seam of my VW t-cross that went as far as to chip the paint. From first contact to completion the process was as promised and the result was fantastic. the repair is virtually invisible. You have to look for it to see it. Worth the 5 star review

DISASTER! – Early December, took my car to have concrete splatter chips buffed out. They did a good job, but it took 2 appointments that each went double the quoted time. Also, my 8 year old daughter and I were exposed to a large, hectic physical altercation between staff which was pretty stressful and very unprofessional. The staff left wet mats in the boot covered by other belongings. I only noticed once the mats had gone mouldy. The manager said he'd re-clean the mats. Cool. Thanks. Now I can't get my mats back. I refused to leave until the situation was rectified. I was ignored for 45 minutes then asked to leave with only the word of a junior staff member as guarantee. They denied that there was a manager on site. They refused to give assurances in writing.

Another staff member threatened to physically assault me and threatened to damage my car.

Still no response regarding return of or reimbursement for my floor mats.

All in all my experience with PHCW has been quite negative and unprofessional.
