I paid $460 for what was meant to be a deep interior vehicle detailing service, but the result was shocking. After the service, multiple areas of the vehicle interior remained visibly dirty, including carpeted sections, storage compartments, areas around the seats, the centre console and other areas that should clearly have been cleaned as part of a proper detailing service. I have photographic evidence showing the poor condition of the vehicle immediately after the job.

I contacted the business, provided written details of the complaint, and sent photographic evidence. Rather than taking proper responsibility for the poor workmanship, the business rejected my complaint despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

In my view, this response was completely inadequate and showed a serious lack of accountability. I gave the business a fair opportunity to resolve the matter, including requesting a substantial refund or at least a reasonable compromise, but they refused.

Based on my experience, the service was poorly performed, the complaint handling was unacceptable, and the business failed to stand behind the quality of its work. I would strongly caution others before booking with Pristine Mobile Detailing.
