I initially submitted a 3 star google review stating the service was ok at best and this is what the owner replied: "You come here for an exterior wash only $29. You then grab a towel and clean your front window from inside by yourself, and you left it streaky. Next time, if you after a full clean, you have to ask and pay for a full clean. The only reason, we let you grab a towel and clean your window from inside, it is because we are good people. Keep cleaning your cars at home, we don't want this type of customers here. I don't think any business wants this type of people."

This was a complete lie and shows that this place is built up on fake reviews. No professional business would respond like this.

So..... I downgraded my review from 3 stars to 1 star for such an arrogant and rude response and updated my comments to refute their lies and this is what they responded:

"My response to your updated review. You are an [Content Removed] and lier. "

These responses clearly tells everyone to steer clear of any hand car wash business that replies to customer feedback like this. Extremely unprofessional and their positive reviews are clearly fake.

I am now going to post this feedback on every review website and make everyone aware to avoid them.
