Piece of Garbage – I purchased H10 ELIPTICAL, with an iFit membership on August 1st, and the experience has been a nightmare from the start. The machine’s quality is far below acceptable standards, and it came with a faulty part that made it impossible to assemble. After waiting for a technician to fix it, I was hit with even more frustration. The mobile version of their site is painfully slow and almost unusable. When I tried the web version, I couldn’t get past the point of entering the redeem code and my credit card details. Now the machine is just sitting their and I cant use it, because I cannot sign up.

This whole experience has been horrific. It genuinely feels like some amateur teenagers cobbled this system together. I deeply regret this purchase and am currently seeking a refund. Avoid this product if you value your time and sanity.

Excellent Service – Purchased from Rebel Sport. After a few months there was a noise in the trainer so I contacted Rebel who contacted Proform and sent someone out to inspect. It was something simple - a loose bolt - and was easily and quickly fixed. I cannot fault their warranty support and customer service - both Rebel and Proform. Unlike Lifespan Fitness who I am in battle with over a Spin bike purchased recently that has been faulty since receiving it - I am getting nowhere with them at all. Trust Rebel and Preform - stay away from Lifespan.
