avoid like the Black Plaque – Avoid this company like the black plague . Thanks to pay pal have got me a refund .They sent the wrong colour wig and are harassing me to pay for it . The wig is of poor quality and wrong colour and want me to pay for it or contact pay pal to get me to pay . I have sent several emails with no response unless pay pal contacts them . Not sure which planet their from .This does not look or feel natural .

AVOID LIKE FIRE – AVOID LIKE FIRE, very poor quality, highly manipulative support team crying about their situation when asked about refund. Took close to 2 months before I got annoyed and decided to ask PayPal to step in. Received full refund from PayPal. Dont waste your money and time with this company (wigway.com).

Wigway -Do Not Purchase – Bought what was described as remy human hair wig. Received ok, colour okay but wig was very small. I tried to get full refund as didn’t fit head, and the language barrier was hopeless, suggesting a part refund, (why?) a new free wig if pay $15.00 for postage, and random other ‘solutions’. Wigway / Pro Wigs just disgusting! – I wish I had read these reviews. You get diagnosed with cancer and know you are about to lose your hair so you try and order a wig so that it arrives in time. A total rip off ! Don't buy this rubbish – Wig received was not what was ordered. Took forever to arrive and only after I chased them repeatedly. The wig I received was not new , it had been used before. The colour was wrong, the size was wrong,the quality was sub standard. They will not give a credit as they are based in China. The customer service is totally non existent . This site needs to be shut down and legal proceedings started against this questionable Company.

DO NOT ORDER – I totally got duped by this site thinking it was local Australian. None of the reviews online is accurate and none of the stock is available. Lodged dispute with PayPal

Avoid. Looks fake. Scam – Terrible. The lace part is see through and the seams are visible. Its very hard to style. Doubt I'll get my money back based on previous feedback. Obviously all the reviews on the site are fake. Wigway and prowigs seem to be the same company. Don't throw your money away. Wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased.

Very Disappointing – Took a long time for wig to arrive. When it did they sent the wrong size and the wrong colour. When investigating to try and find address to return to discovered reviews of other people with similar problems so decided to not bother returning - just a waste of time and money. I tried contacting them on their “ Contact Us “ page on their website- never got a reply. TOTALLY AVOID THIS COMPANY

Compared to other real wigs which cost around 2G its quality is worth what I paid for. They're just unprofessional and it's pretty annoying because $700AU is still a lot of $.

order took forever – I ordered a wig stating it was very urgent. after not hearing for two weeks i emailed and was told they did not carry 'stock' I sent another email and was told they had not sent the wig as they were waiting to hear from me, but didnt think it was pertinent to request if i wanted a refund. hopeless!!! will never use this company again not use it for my company or recommend it to anyone.

I informed them in the quality and all they did was reply that they are sorry the hair piece did not meet my expectations. to return it to and saying I would go to The Department of Fair Trading I received another email saying if I insisted on returning the wig they would refund me $80.00 and I could keep the wig stand. [name removed] suggested that I take it to a hairdresser and have it restyled that would be the best idea. He did give me an address in China if I returned it for $80.00. This is not a company that I would advise anyone to deal with.

Prowigs.com.au – Very bad style,Colour and not even human hair it seems more like horse hair! Brought for my to go in holiday as she is terminally ill Ripped off $230 It to 7 weeks to get here when I emailed them Stephen Karl always responded but when I emailed my complaint about the wig there was no response! This company needs to be closed down praying on sick people it's not like my Mum even had the money very upset.

LIARS! Total Scam! Do not accept returns! Please buy elsewhere!! – Wig was the WRONG color. Wig was NOT a monofiliament like I ordered. Wig was NOT human hair like I ordered. On top of everything else they refuse to take returns! lol! They offered me $20 If I just kept the wig and left them alone.

Bad, bad, bad – They have sent me a wrong wig (wrong style and size). When I complained, they totally denied it. I sent them pictures, but it had no effect. The wig came from an address in Australia but when I returned it, they sent it back to me saying I have to post it back to an address in China! Not what was advertised – Just bought a wig to try for a friend on chemo. The wig I received was "lace front" but literally was lace that you use in a dress. Hairline part was terrible and didn't make it look natural at all. It was supposed to be a mix of different colours but unfortunately it is very flat and all the same colour. Don't waste your money. Utter rip off.
