[Name Removed] said that I had already used the product key even after I had sent him all the screenshots he needed as evidence. He said that the company will not process a refund as I have already "used" the key. I was utterly disappointed and have had to lodge a complaint to the ACCC. After countless sleepless nights and finding this review website, I saw many reviewers talking about another software seller named softwaremaster which was legitimate according to other people. I then went to the softwaremaster website and purchased windows server 2022 datacentre at a fraction of the price of the scammers at productkey24. To my surprise, it actually worked and was all legitimate verified by my microsoft business technicians. BEWARE AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CROOKS.

Product not available & Unwilling to give a refund – I purchased a product online from: https://productkey24.com/us . They took my money but did not have the product in stock as advertised; consequently unable to download the Microsoft Office 2011. refund on my purchase with them. They asked for a receipt for my Microsoft purchase and would not accept the screen shots I took from the Microsoft website, my account. Seriously unethical and bad business. It didn't cost much from Productkey24.com but it's the principle of the thing.

BUYER BEWARE – Over 25 emails 6 calls and a non existent tech session for a faulty product..... They are off shore India I think.....they take your money but provide simply the worst customer service ever! I will never purchase from them again....I have spent $130 and I have nothing it is now day 20......

Great experience – Very easy purchase, download and installation. Was a bit dubious, seemed too good to be true, knowing how greedy Microsoft are. Would like PayPal to be an option without any extra interaction. Great , highly recommend.

Had tech dramas (or it was me) and we got it sorted – I purchased the key a few weeks ago and I got it cheap. Finally got my PC built. Had dramas going wins 10 Home to Win 11 Pro. After finally downloading and a couple of chats through the website, we have it up and running. Appreciated the assistance, though it doesn't appear to be a 24hr hotline as stated. I was left in a bot loop for a bit and had to resort to a phone call to get the ball moving. But it moved nicely.

Transfer of Product Key to new Laptop – Great, no fuss service. Bought a new laptop and needed to transfer MS Office from my old laptop to new laptop, but I didn't have my Product key.
