Don't purchase any flooring from this company – Do not purchase any product made by this company. We installed as recommended by Choices flooring a laminate floor in our brand new home. We didn't want a tile floor and this floor came highly recommended by Choices. No more than 6 months in issues with the floor. Edges peaking large gaps and chipping everywhere. Was inspected by "professionals" and we were told that it's wear and tear. We fought and eventually had most of the floor replaced with the same product. 18 months in living in our new home and the same thing happened. Again inspected by the "'professionals" and told wear and tear. Spent time and money and about 3 years into living in the home having the Australian flooring Association do their reports and building inspectors and engaged with a flooring expert and lawyers and took Proline to QCAT. We were able to achieve a mutual outcome to have the floor replaced to a hybrid floor. Mind you by this we were our of pocket more than $5k. Hybrid floor installed by a rude installer that told us that he is a professional and he will install the floor how he sees fit. Breaking skirting boards and putting a Stanley knife through the plasterboard walls. Spoke to Ted who eventually inspected the job. To be told 4 months after the inspection that the job was done to a high standard. To put it into perspective the skirting boards are not installed as new like what was expected out of the QCAT hearing and they have tack holes everywhere and large gaps between plasterboard and skirting that are not filled appropriately. We are now seeing more issues with the new floor and have been given the silent treatment. If I could give no stars I would. WARNING do not buy any flooring that has been made by Proline flooring.

Not Happy With These Floor Planks – I installed Proline Rigid Floor Planks to our kitchen are (approx 25m2) about 6 months ago. There was no problem in the way they laid, they clicked together without problem. The correct expansion gaps were left to the perimeter and kitchen units and the floor looked good. In some areas however the end joints have come apart, see photo. These areas have some direct sunlight during the day and become slightly warm to the touch, but not excessively so.

I have emailed the company twice to ask for advice but to no avail.

I do not intend to use this product again.
