The WORSE software ever. What seems obvious isn’t. You choose a tab which IS most appropriate and applicable and it appears to have almost NOTHING to do with it. You try back out of it with ESC but no it needs 2 ESC or multiple combinations similar to a complicated WAR diary kept in secret code. In the end the old docket books are 100 times… Read more

quicker. I’ve NEVER NEVER NEVER come across anything so frustrating and clunky. STEER CLEAR. BEWARE !!!!!

Horrifically bad. Missing a significant amount of features that simply should be built-in. And then they will charge you excessively to add the feature. Wouldn't recommend it to my enemy.

The worst software I have ever been forced to suffer through – Writing this review as pronto yet again lags and doesn’t allow me to do basic invoicing. My company unfortunately uses this inferior software, and as a service agent I’m meant to rely on it to write up customer invoices and use it to take payment. frustrating. The program constantly kicks you out for no reason, so you have to log back in which takes time and also constantly just lags for no reason, which takes valuable time out of my day, and causes jobs to take longer than they should. Really bad for businesses as their employees are far less efficient. Have been using this program for over 4 years now and it has never been good, I don’t know if they even have any competent IT staff monitoring all the complaints or if they just get pre schoolers to run it. Please if you’re considering using this program for your business, DON’T, it will only cause headaches and make your business far less profitable. Honestly the company should be out of business and all the staff in jail

Hyped up yet fails to deliver simplicity – Hyped up like its the game of the year. Actual everyday use is a complete flop. Clunky. Glitches alot. Crashes. Navigation is confusing and freezes. Everyone claims that their app is the best. Pronto hyped up their app the most. Its crap. It reminds me of that Simpro Connect App. Also crap. The best app I've found so far is Firemate.

AVS4YOU SOFTWARE LICENSE – I purchased an unlimited subscribtion, I have now changed PC and are now unable to use the LC key have been told I cant install on more than PC. I deleted it of my old PC before getting rid of it. With an unlimited sub this not acceptable

manager does not respond to mails diligently. No phone calls/voice messages returned. Unless followed up, no response and response is too careless. When there are thousands of companies offering products, cutting edge technology solutions accompanied by high level service offerings at competitive rates, one should rethink choices when partnering with organisation like Pronto.

Pretty poor (non) performance – While the inverter appeared to work OK the software to monitor performance was pathetic and never appeared t work properly. The software and the readout on the inverter were NEVER the same and after a week or so the software just gave up. NOT GOOD ENOUGH FRONIUS

Their cold callers lie, and call from random numbers – After receiving a cold call, and being told 3 years ago they called and spoke to a certain worker. I said that is not possible. She argued with me they did. It wasn't until i explained, it's impossible as that worker is computer illiterate and can't even send an email, let alone discuss software that she found out she had been caught in her big… Read more

complicated programs. It is defiinatley NOT a user friendly system. Paid around $100,000 for this for a 4 user operation, silly me...... If l could trust a computor salesperson l would change over but l doubt there is an honest one out there. The old rule, the bigger the commission, the bigger the bull......

So many times we have asked how to do certain procedures and can't get answers to our concerns. If you are in the market for a computor system for multiple sites and many users this may be ok if an individual is working sales orders only or accounts payable only but in a small operation where everyone works on all areas then this is not the system for you.

including POS software on our sales counters , was implemented by ABT and has been a very reliable platform for all our business operations, including Sales , Finance ,Inventory , Payables and Receivables. The team at ABT are reliable and address problems as they arise .Our sales offices operate twelve hours a day , so prompt response to issues that arise is important .

I would recommend both Pronto Software and ABT computer services. .

Do not go near pronto ! – Pronto is the worst of the worst and ABT is worse still. I agree with every thing the previous poster has said x 10. If you want to keep your business and your sanity do not even contemplate looking at it. I have used many many accounting software packages and this is by far the worst. I would consider going back to manual journals and ledgers… Read more

it is so bad and don't waste your time with ABT because they don't even know how to rectify small issues.
