Price 7 X more expensive – Received a refund thankfully, glad website was down. But 7 X the price of other websites like Landsat.online. $59 compared to $7.95.

Less tears, Less fears – It was good to see something legal and radical before my eyes in what has been a terrible separation time in my marriage. It has motivated me to soldier on with Mediation and hopefully receive what should be rightfully mine Thank you All concerned.

I would only recommend PR if their prices are reduced to match or beat Landata.

Excellent prompt cooperative with a can do attitude – Was in need of obtaining a Property Title response was quick and despite a complexity in an original road name having been changed I felt supported to work through this problem with objectie of obtaining copy of the title achieved.

Shall use them again – Excellent. Found these guys by accident, and they saved me lots of time and money in searching for information on a block of land, that I was interested in purchasing. Definitely shall be using them again.

Disappointed in delivery time – Website says your property estimate will be available 1 business hour after purchase. I just received an email saying it will take 2-4 business days to arrive. If it is going to be 2-4 days, don't say it'll be 1 business hour. Not happy....

my google search (it seems ads to pay off). I put in the correct search details and was presented with a map of the property which was also correct yet the result was slightly off i.e. the building has an "A" after the street address number which is common these days. I got the report but it was for the neighbouring property. They have no contact number (another alarm bell) so I sent an email only to be told that I got what I searched for. If you actually test their search engine you will find it is faulty and can't properly locate buildings that vary from a standard address. Landata on the other hand which maintains all these records and is recommended on the government websites works perfectly. Don't waste your time and definitely not your money as you will unlikely get what you requested and it will not cost you 3-4 times as much. Also there is NO acknowledgement of their faulty system.

Unhappy customer – 8th november paid for title search, money out of account. no receipt, no response to multiple email and NO land title search. Do not trust this website
