Property Registry

After got wrong report that I thought, I sent many email & chat but they didn't reply. Please be aware it

Disappointing , the price is expensive , and the information takes up to four days

Price 7 X more expensive – Received a refund thankfully, glad website was down. But 7 X the price of other websites like Landsat.online. $59 compared to $7.95.

Less tears, Less fears – It was good to see something legal and radical before my eyes in what has been a terrible separation time in my marriage. It has motivated me to soldier on with Mediation and hopefully receive what should be rightfully mine Thank you All concerned.

Excellent prompt cooperative with a can do attitude – Was in need of obtaining a Property Title response was quick and despite a complexity in an original road name having been changed I felt supported to work through this problem with objectie of obtaining copy of the title achieved.

Shall use them again – Excellent. Found these guys by accident, and they saved me lots of time and money in searching for information on a block of land, that I was interested in purchasing. Definitely shall be using them again.

Fairly fast, accurate and easy to use, but a much higher price than Landata – I only used Property Registry first because my internet connection overseas at the time had trouble hooking up with Landata, and I needed the title quickly. The site was easy to use, and the correct title came through after a few hours; but it was the weekend; so I was impressed in this regard. The next day I collected more similar and accurate… Read more

titles and a Copy of Plan from Landata at a far cheaper price; and within minutes.

I would only recommend PR if their prices are reduced to match or beat Landata.

Disappointed in delivery time – Website says your property estimate will be available 1 business hour after purchase. I just received an email saying it will take 2-4 business days to arrive. If it is going to be 2-4 days, don't say it'll be 1 business hour. Not happy....

This is a scam – They provide documents that are freely available online and charge you for it. It is a scam.

Great understanding and Service – I made a lot number mistake by accident. which was taken into consideration when supplying the right lot number with no extra charge for services thank you Adam.

An impressive and efficient service – Landgate has provided an excellent and efficient service from requesting copy Certificate of Title to receiving the Certificate by email. I am very impressed and very pleased.

proving ownership of property – I did a title search on my own property as someone was claiming ownership to my property and I was able to receive the documents required to prove it is my property. Site was easy to use and the relevant document I needed was easy to purchase. Great site

Awesome – Fast friendly service, speaking to a person not a robot is nice!

Fast response to request – Fast response to request. Polite and efficient. Document received under 2 hours.

Very quick – Fast response even on a weekend, would use again if needed

Deposited Plans Made Easy – Clear website and easy transaction. DP received in a timely manner. Recommended.

Very helpful – Very quick response! four five six seven eight nine ten

Request for title data – Service is good - the cost is higher than I thought necessary

Great service – Nick was very helpful and quick to respond to my requests.

Title search – Website was easy to navigate and place an order. Pricing was reasonable and my order was delivered by email within 30 minutes.

Great service! – Not much to say really. Ordering the Certificate Of Title was a very simple process and the was delivered by email very quickly. I was delightfully surprised at how smooth the whole process was.

Incorrect Information and Ridiculously Expensiv – Buyer beware! If you need any kind of property certificate don't waste your time or money with Property Registry. Only use Landata. Firstly the information you will receive WILL be correct, it will be provided faster and cost about MUCH MUCH less than this company. I made the mistake of using this company only because they were at the top of… Read more

my google search (it seems ads to pay off). I put in the correct search details and was presented with a map of the property which was also correct yet the result was slightly off i.e. the building has an "A" after the street address number which is common these days. I got the report but it was for the neighbouring property. They have no contact number (another alarm bell) so I sent an email only to be told that I got what I searched for. If you actually test their search engine you will find it is faulty and can't properly locate buildings that vary from a standard address. Landata on the other hand which maintains all these records and is recommended on the government websites works perfectly. Don't waste your time and definitely not your money as you will unlikely get what you requested and it will not cost you 3-4 times as much. Also there is NO acknowledgement of their faulty system.

Worked well for my purpose – Website easy to navigate and efficient reply was prompt great service.

Fast and friendly service – The Property Register always provides a very prompt and friendly service

very happy – I did a search after hours and was very surprised to receive the document within the hour. I wasn't expecting it until the next morning

Request for Copy of Land Title – Very quick service after requesting a copy of Land Title

Good Service – Found what I wanted easily and quickly. I didn't expect the cost to be as high, but I was offered a discount on my request which was pleasing.
