Very snappy rude and abrupt – The rudest customer service experience. If you're that rude over the phone for no reason then maybe a career change is in order. Avoid at all costs – Pulse Property Group are the absolute WORST property agency I have ever had this displeasure of dealing with. Not only are they negligent towards property maintenance during a tenancy, the agents themselves are the rudest and most disrespectful I have ever come across. Jasmine and Karis in particular. Avoid at all costs renting through this agency is you want a happy life and a well maintained property.
Rude & Unprofessional – They are greedy money hungry vultures who preyed on my elderly landlady and kicked out her tenants. Just so they could charge a fortune on fixing up the very old properties, that were going to be demolished anyhow, and then re-let them and make a fortune in the process. Their treatment of me after paying my rent on time and keeping a beautiful home and garden for more than 4 years was disgusting.
Excellence – Amber (Property Manager) from Pulse Property has been absolutely amazing. Always so helpful ,genuine and kind to us. Would highly recommend. Thank-you Amber for all your ongoing support and care.
Property mismanagement – I would never rent from Pulse Property Group again. They are all very nice on the outside, but if you have a problem they just ignore you. ridiculously high bills. They wouldn't call watercorp and instead sent in a plumber who walked around the house looking at taps etc for 5 minutes and we were charged $90 for him to say nothing was wrong. When they did call watercorp they said they were told it was fine. I eventually called the watercorp myself who came and fixed the meter and from then on our water bills were much lower.
I thought property managers were meant to negotiate between tenants and landlords to make sure the dealings were fair. Not Pulse. They were for our greedy landlord (who lives over seas) all the way. When I left the house clean and tidy, very clean according to the relationship manager. We were told because of some paint chips we would have to pay for some of the painting. We agreed on a price and then they decided they wanted us to pay for the whole lot and they dragged out negotiations for 5 weeks leaving us to loan money to pay the bond on our new property. They continued to drag it out all over $40. I eventually gave in after the threat of court because $40 was not worth the stress that had gone into the so-called negotiations.
If you are smart you will steer clear of Pulse rentals. As you can see from previous reviews they are not great people to deal with.
Professional Property Management – I have been blessed to rent form Pulse Property twice now. Both times had the lovely Karen Holtz and Amber Duffy after a nightmare rental experience with another rental company (wont name them because I believe that property manager was the one bad egg in a good basket). It was a pleasure having rent inspections with notes thanking us for taking care of the property. Would highly recommend Pulse Property.
Karen Walker from Pulse property group one of the worst real estate manager – Karen Walker one of the worst real estate manager. we stayed at the property for 2 years. at the end of the agreement our manager left pulse property group and we had the worst experience with the new manager Karen walker (KW). KW knew very little about the rented property, but she made us suffer and gave bad references about us to more than 20 of our applications. she is a ruthless woman. Beware.

suburbs of Sydney. They may be OK selling Properties. They also have a high turnover of staff. Perhaps they should consider hiring older more efficient staff that care about Landlords.

Burglaries, incompetence, greed. horrible and borderline criminal agency – Where do i start with this agency.. They're ignorant. They don't answer emails until they want money from you. Luckily for me, i took pictures of the damages already in my room when i moved in and emailed them to both them and a family member just so that it was all documented.
There was a "break in" around Christmas time. According to police, there were no signs of forced entry. Come to find out that 3/4 months prior... these idiots lost a set of master keys to one of their contractors and never bothered to even inform us at all! They only changed the locks a month AFTER the burglary.
Everyone in the house was victimised and punished because of this agencies sheer negligence and blatant disregard for their tenants.
My flat mates car was even stolen!
There is so much that i haven't mentioned but judging from the other reviews, it is nothing that hasn't been said already. I can see so many people going through the same issues, with the same company... months and even YEARS apart.
It is clear that they do not learn or at least try to learn from their mistakes and they never want to take any responsibility for anything either.
I would not recommend them to anyone.

call and text her for about 15-20mins. Our phone calls were ignored and we ended up receiving a text advising the property had been leased. Very unprofessional of them to do that. We had to take time off work and organise the kids to be at the inspection, no follow up call was made as well by the Pulse Group.
Fantastic Service! – Fantastic service! Jade is amazing. She made our relocation to Perth from Melbourne smooth and stress-free. I flew over to Perth for a short stay to secure a property, and Jade replied immediately and helped me secure the perfect property for our family, within hours (I was expecting a week or so). I've been dealing with Jade for over two years now, and she has recently helped me out again in record timing, advising me of an up and coming opportunity which I have since secured with Jade's help. Jade and Pulse Property Group are my first call for buying or leasing property before I even go searching.

Property Tree portal announcing they will be managing the property. After that all we get is the email with the End of Month account. There is no human contact to this business. No relationship at all! Each time, I find another announcement in my inbox (no phone call nothing) and a new name. Absolutely dismal.
The parents of this owner had their Pulse Realty business until 2019 which had a great reputation. No fancy bells and whistles, just honest, caring people managing our property. They were fantastic but when they retired they assured us that their son's business was the same type when he got the rent roll. Sorry to say these beautiful people were kidding themselves and us.
There is limited followup, constant issues with accounting "discrepancies" (yes, check that statement each month!), a revolving door of "relationship managers" and they promise the world and deliver nothing. There is no drive, no passion for what they are doing. Instead of saying sorry, when they mess up they think they should be awarded a medal for fixing it.
We know tenants renting using this business who are kept waiting for basic requests. They too are ignored until they get irate.
Over 9 months of toilet plumbing issues and terrible communication from relationship managers – We will never deal with pulse property group again!! sewage came through the bathroom drains and flooded our apartment and when we would phone our relationship managers not one would ever pick up the phone, when we were told in any situation to phone them. My partner and I have had to use our own bodies to lay in the sewage just to avoid it from going on the carpets in the next rooms. During this time we have had 2 different relationship managers, communication or the LACK OF is terrible.. emails getting responded a week later or content in the emails not being acknowledged. Numerous of plumbers being sent out only to not fix the issue. Compensation: well that was terrible for the gruelling 9 months only got 'two weeks free rent', however we currently still don't know this for sure as rent has continued to be direct debited from our account and have been told we would see it at the end.... mm so no difference to us REALLY! Finally we got a plumber that fixed the pipes in our store room where the toilet pipes are and redirected the direction in which the pipes sat, however when doing this made a huge mess with sewage being splattered all over our personal belongings and work resources which have a lot of value. They did not bother to remove or at least cover it. Pulse promised for 3 months to get our store room professionally cleaned - It took this long. Our store room smelt disgusting of sewage and many of our belongings had to be thrown out due to the damage of the sewage. When Pulse finally get a cleaner they book the cleaner in for Australia Day!!! Seriously, of all days -- This had to be changed and wasn't without a tense phone call. They continued to add fuel to the this over grown fire. Although as of currently the store room is now clean and the toilet hasn't been blocked for now 3 weeks... the last 9 months have been pure hell and I REFUSE to deal with such an incompetent property group who cant even fulfil basic service and communication for their tenants and clients. Lights almost burned my house down, not enough budget to fix – The lights in my house caused a fire. I told them about it, smoke stains on the walls, but as the electrician said "I don't have the budget to fix the problem". OH AND ANOTHER THING! Worst Experience Ever – I have not rented for a long time, but Pulse was the worst real estate agency I have come across. Hardly any communication, even when serious problems with the property needed to be fixed. They don’t even read emails properly before responding.
Landlords, avoid if you can. Very flashy on the outside, empty inside – Very poor communication...actually NO phone calls or emails from property manager. I am expected to use the landlord portal, and be satisfied. Promises are made and as a perfect used car salesman, even the owner does not follow through or deliver. Terrible property management – Pulse property group has been terrible. Not only did they leave our property in a messy, dirty, and run-down state, they were not picking up phone calls and only rarely answered emails. They clearly don't care - avoid at all cost!
Fantastic, professional – I have been dealing with Elizabeth and always find her to be professional, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond!! Nothing is too much trouble. Very happy indeed.

plan for sell above mentioned property, more than 25 times they visit and viewing arranged with very very short notices. After all we vacate that property on last Sept 15. We cleaned above mentioned property through authorized certified cleaner and lawn movers, I produced certificate also. They accepted, then after they issued another notice, they are not satisfied, they said to me they are again will clean that property they took half of my deposit also, never issued a proper water bill.
Worst Property Group. Disgrace! – Absolutely terrible agency with an attitude to match. Avoid at all costs! One of the worst company's I've come across, they don't even manage your property at all, expect nothing but headaches and heartaches to match.
Disgraceful Property Management – Rented an "executive" property in Rossmoyne, paying premium rent. From the day we moved in there were maintenance issues.
