purchases from Harris Scarfe Online. In all, I purchased 3 x 2 Pack of Pyrex Double Walled 350ml Coffee Glasses. Shortly after my purchase things started to go wrong. They were ALL listed as Dishwasher Safe. Each time I used my dishwasher, one of the glasses would come out with water trapped in between the two layers of glass. It was impossible to remove the water and was an obvious Production Issue. This happened no less than 5 times, over several weeks, affecting five of the glasses in total. Each time, I contacted Pyrex (Global Kitchen Brand) and each time they sent me a replacement. One of the replacements sent to me was a totally different glass (With a handle). I am sick of having to Contact Global Kitchen Brand regarding replacements, as this takes a lot of my time. So in summary, 5 of the 6 glasses that I purchased from Harris Scarfe are now in the bin. They are unuseable and still contain water in between the two layers of glass. How could a Company, like Global Kitchen Brand, create such a disaster of a product, that fails within days and is certainly NOT dishwasher safe - Even though their advertising clearly says they are!!! I have wasted over $80 to be left with one working glass!!! Shame on you Pyrex and Global Kitchen Brand. What was once a trusted product is certainly no longer ..................
Steer clear – I got this set for Christmas and purchased from Harris Scarf. Didn't survive first coffee without cracking. Both cups stuffed first day. Will be taking back to Harris Scarf with these reviews.
Not worth money – Bought only a month ago one cracked already not worth money. Very disappointed. I was very careful with them but still cracked. I am being very careful with the one remaining. Hope it doesn’t crack too.
Rubbish products not worth the money – Not worth the money I paid purchased from Harris Scarf cracked with in a month of use around the rim of the mugs. Less than half a star. Terrible product
Glasses break very easily soon after purchase – I originally received 4 glasses as a Christmas present last year. Soon after receiving them my husband had one of them break in his hand. Assuming this was a one off incident we purchased another set of glasses only to have another 2 break in our hands. Cracks can be seen on the rims of the glasses and moisture seeps inside. what would happen if a glass broke while you were drinking a hot coffee out of it. Would not recommend this product at all.
Cracked around rim even though I have treated them carefully – Very disappointed with my Pyrex double-walled glasses. I'd been looking for them for a while and was so pleased to find them at Harris Skarfe in Shepparton Victoria. However, after using them a few times (always washing by hand and never dropping or treating them roughly), they started to develop small cracks around the rim. Threw out the first one a couple of weeks ago, and now another has started to crack.
Pyrex double walled Mugs – Bought two, used once. Second time the bottom fell in. Bottom of the mug inner lining is to thin, only 0.79mm. What a total loss of money Now. Nothing Construction is not fit for purpose.
Easily broken – Whilst I love drinking out of these mugs, beware they are not dishwasher safe even though they claim to be. Had so many broken in the dishwasher, it's best to handwash these cups otherwise replacing them becomes a very expensive excercise. Another broken again this morning. I will now be looking for a different brand. Keeps coffee hot Easily broken
